Last week we were contacted by Chris at Plumber Kings. They were working on a sewer repair that ended up needing excavation out into the City Right of Way. Chris and I quickly came to terms and worked together to execute this project and get the customer back in service. It is so nice to come across a company like Plumber Kings, they are professional, helpful and do what they say they will do. We will be using and referring Chris and his team at Plumber Kings from here on out.

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

Also isolated our high water usage to a break in our irrigation system. Contacted a drip system specialist to isolate and repair the break.

My boyfriend had the best experience. He needed same day coverage for his houses air conditioning as he thought he had fixed but still wasn’t turning on. He called this company and they came out same day , honest pricing and integrity. What would have cost $5k at least for new air conditioning was only a $40 part. Highly recommend

Update: the company owner, Michelle, contacted me after reading the review below because she was very upset that one of their plumbers had changed the price on me. She said that the initial invoice clearly showed the (wrong and cheaper) price I had been expecting and that that was the price that should have been charged. She offered to refund the difference and apologized for the mistake. Her professionalism and concern for my satisfaction as a customer was commendable. As I stated below, the work itself was done well and was timely.

I was quoted one price on the phone and then given a different price AFTER the job was completed, along with an additional $20 fee that I had not been told about. The plumber said, I told him he was quoting you the wrong price when you were on the phone with him. Well, ok, but in that case you tell me BEFORE you start the work, preferably BEFORE I hang up the phone. I turned down a bid that was $40 cheaper (but turned out to be $90 cheaper in reality) because this company could come two hours earlier. I might have just waited for the cheaper company if I'd been given the right price. Very disappointed. To be fair, my sewer line got cleaned out quickly, without any problem, but the pricing seemed shady. Get the estimate in writing when they show up, if not before.

My husband started working on changing the kitchen faucet and just couldn't get it apart. We called Ray and he said he would be out within a couple of hours. Sergio has been to our house at least five times to work on our plumbing projects or make repairs. When you call to schedule an appointment you get one in a reasonable amount of time and you are given an arrival window that is always met. Work is of the highest quality and the price is competitive. Sergio is the pleasant professional plumber that we highly recommend to all our neighbors.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! Had these guys do our home plumbing inspection before purchase, and then the new gas line to the pool heater. Each time the techs and estimators were professional, on time (even early), and completed the work inside the estimate. I would recommend for any need.

I’d give a zero star if it were an option. Huge ruptured service line outside of my home. Called service line warranty company who linked me up with Presidio. Received an email from Presidio saying they’d be here between 1pm-3pm. Nobody arrived after 4pm, nobody called and no answer from Presidio. I left a message with them and still no response. Called the warranty company back who surprisingly was able to get them on the line and spoke with Eric who said he’d call me. No call received. Called back to the warranty company and had them link me with a separate company called ETCHARTS LAKESIDE PLUMBING. I didn’t even get a call from them, they just showed up in about an hour, fixed the issue in 20 minutes and I paid nothing! Presido plumbing should be your last resort after asking a potato to fix your plumbing. ETCHARTS LAKESIDE PLUMBING OVER PRESIDIO ANYDAY!!!!
