Best Plumbing Maintenance in Tucson AZ

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Scheduling was an issue but technician seems knowledgeable on AC repair, can’t validate his findings and assessment on defective motor until replacement completes. Why is my equipment warranty not covering the motor????

Absolutely excellent service

Buying a house, we're in the inspection period. Scheduled a sewer line scope with video of the new house. Technician showed up early and scoped the line before anyone was there. We received a video without sound of the sewer line, but the technician seemed to be trying to break their personal record for how fast they can scope a drain. This is the third sewer line I've had scoped in the last year and generally, the video will show the condition of the pipe, the technician will explain what they're seeing and offer recommendations. This experience was not that at all. I will definitely be using a different company for my plumbing needs in the future.

I was amazed at the excellence in service Plumb Plumbing and ALL their associates provided. I have not seen such quality in service and fair pricing in years. From responding to a leak to repiping my house. It was time as my house had polybutelene and was failing. They go the extra mile. I haven't been able to say that about any business in a long time. I've had dealt with other cooling and plumbing problems with other companies, but so far air zona has been the best crew led by Juan Garcia and his team to work on my house, the team did an awesome job by installing new ducts, a master cooler, new plumbing and a new bathroom sink, the crew were very friendly to communicate with also, I highly recommend air zona to anyone who has problems with cooling and heating problems to have Juan and his team to solve your problems, thank you Juan and crew, outstanding job !!!

The worst hits at the worst of times, the Dead Of Summer!
This review cannot possibly do enough justice to what extent ownership “Mr. Salazar”, customer service “Allyse”& technician “Ron” did to make me and my family feel like their family. During the toughest of times in Tucson with 106 degree weather their expertise made the ordeal as painless as possible even with my irritable moods from the heat. They all made sure to expedite hard to find parts and get them here all the way from Utah within a day in a half!
