Great responsiveness and service! Prices very reasonable. Brandon did the installation of a water conditioning system and a new water heater. The two guys were wonderful! My husband is sick in the hospital and they even helped me put items in my truck when they saw me struggling. They are an asset to your company.

Overall, the experience was great. We had a running toilet as well as a leaky hose. We called at night and the plumber came over in less than an hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem. He managed to fix everything in under an hour.

The price was reasonable (under $200). There's a $25 fee per hour if you schedule outside of office hours, which is lower than other places. However, there was a trip charge on the bill even though their website claims they do not have a trip charge if you live in the Tucson area, which we do.

The experience was productive and it was at a decent price. Would definitely consider calling Silverado again.

Professional people and excellent service

Issac and his team were friendly awesome, professionals. I manage a Kennel Facility and when our draining system wasn’t draining properly and backing up, they came out less than 24 hours from our first call. They resolved the issue as soon as they could and even ran tests to make sure that they 100% resolved the issue and made sure to set up routine checks with us. We won’t be going anywhere else now!
