The technician showed up at the early end of the service window and was able to fix the leak in my copper pipe quickly. I have used Drain Masters for unclogging sewer lines in the past, they are very responsive and get the job done.

I had the pleasure of working with Ron, Ryan and Frank recently and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their level of expertise in their field is outstanding, and they provided me with exceptional personal service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Plumber came out after being assigned from our home warranty company and stated we had “old parts” they had to order. Two others came out the following week, after the 4 hour service window came and went without any contact from them. To make it worse, they had no idea the other plumber from their company had already been there. These plumbers also determined parts had to be ordered. They called us later to let us know the parts would take months to come in but they could replace them with other brand parts for $1,200. This sounded a bit odd especially considering our home warranty was involved. After calling the home warranty and finding out they had not been contacted with even a diagnosis, they sent a different plumbing company out who successfully fixed the minor issue (a small leak) in 30 minutes. Would not recommend these folks based on their lack of courtesy, lack of professionalism and lack of honesty.

George was everything I had read in the hundreds of positive reviews I looked over before deciding to give him a call. Quick call back initially, came out to quote quickly compared to the couple plumbers that had a minimum week before they could quote, let alone turn around for a water mainline repair. Provided a range of options for quick fix vs replacement options. Discussed other less important plumbing issues I was having and scheduled for those within a week. Was flexible when I had to postpone being out of town. Realized the second issue wasn't as bad as initially suspected and didn't proceed with unnecessary replacement. Was helpful providing documentation for insurance. And maybe not much to some, remembered everyone's name in the house after having just said hi the first time meeting them and had great conversation with everyone on followup visits. Hopefully I don't have any more issues soon but will definitely not look elsewhere in the future (and after working with him, can just send a text or call cell directly instead of the answering service)

Had a clogged bathroom drain, called and they were out the same day. Unclogged the sink and it worked perfectly. Cody and Billy were professional, quick, and very good at what they do. Would recommend them to anyone.

Dave at Noble Plumbing was quick to respond to our problem and cleared the drain efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He helped us understand how our system works and what to watch out for in the future. We really pleased to have someone of his caliber available to us.

Intelligent Design (Angel Lopez) came today as a part of the residential semi-annual maintenance program I have on the HVAC A/C unit they had installed.1. He checked and cleaned the unit, inside and out, and replaced the current controller on the outside part.2. He explained what he was doing and why, which I appreciated.3. Overall, Angel gave me an excellent maintenance service experience.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!
