If I could give zero... I would. This company was contracted to fix a pipe leak in my laundry room. First appointment was set and the plumber no call/no showed me. I called after the scheduled time frame and was told he called out sick. (Thanks for the heads up! Let me just sit around and waste my time) We scheduled a second appointment for the following day.

The following day ROB was supposed to show up between 11-1pm, but never did. I called back to their main office and was told that, he would be paged to call me. 1:45pm ... Nothing. I call back same story and Rob finally calls me.

Rob says, You weren't even on my schedule; there must be a glitch in this new program we are using. Let me call you back in 20minutes to figure out what is going on. Rob never called back.

The following day I called the number on their website and they told me there was nothing they could do...but they understand my frustration.

This is free money people... Thanks for wasting 72hrs of my time.

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.

This was my second job for Aaron. I had a defective Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). Additionally, I wanted my two water heaters flushed and drained. Aaron picked up the PRV, replaced it and adjusted it flawlessly. Something I very much appreciate is that he overlapped draining and flushing the water heaters while working on the PRV. I am totally satisfied with his work ! He is also very courteous and a very friendly person. I highly recommend him and Quality Plumbing Pros !

Don was on time and did a careful exam of our toilet supply line inside and outside the toilet. His diagnosis of the problem was professional and accurate. We got three estimates for different updates on the necessary repairs. His manner was professional and polite.

About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! I’d give a zero star if it were an option. Huge ruptured service line outside of my home. Called service line warranty company who linked me up with Presidio. Received an email from Presidio saying they’d be here between 1pm-3pm. Nobody arrived after 4pm, nobody called and no answer from Presidio. I left a message with them and still no response. Called the warranty company back who surprisingly was able to get them on the line and spoke with Eric who said he’d call me. No call received. Called back to the warranty company and had them link me with a separate company called ETCHARTS LAKESIDE PLUMBING. I didn’t even get a call from them, they just showed up in about an hour, fixed the issue in 20 minutes and I paid nothing! Presido plumbing should be your last resort after asking a potato to fix your plumbing. ETCHARTS LAKESIDE PLUMBING OVER PRESIDIO ANYDAY!!!!
