Can not recommend Hydro Rooter and Plumbing enough. I live in an older home and I have a shower that drains extremely slow. I’ve tried a couple of other plumbers and the issue still persists after about a week. A friend recommended Hydro Rooter so I gave them a call, and Jake fixed the issue in no time! He explained what was going on with the drain and how he used a Hydro Jetter to clear the issue. It’s been over a month and my shower drain hasn’t clogged once! Although this company was honest enough to tell me they were unable to assist me me, they were kind enough to provide me with the name of the best company in town who COULD provide the service I needed, and that was a big help to my search, especially when they could have said nothing about a competitor and left me to squander who know how much time trying to find help. For that I am grateful. Lastly, I tried this company first because my Dad (RIP, Dad. I STILL miss you all these years you've been gone) used to work for Abucus Plumbing and never had a bad word to say about them.

Had a clogged toilet effecting the whole plumbing system. Mr Rooter guys Frank and Matt came out and routed the system and then had the line power cleaned. The system works great now! The guys were very professional and thorough!

Horrible!!! The first time he comes and looks and gives the wrong diagnose, had to figure out the problem and call him back. The next time he comes with no tools and says he can't seal a bathtub. He can't seal because of liability. I have to call a contractor to do a simple seal job.

I found Derek and his team to be very punctual with great quality work. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem with my drain in a timely manner! The price was fair and I would recommend him to others for any plumbing needs. I will be using his service again should the need arise!
