Had a water leak at a commercial property we are remodeling and turned the water off before the plumbers got there. Once the plumber arrived he turned on the water, said there was no leak and left. Later I went down to the site and saw that he did not turn on the water, and when I did turn it on I could hear the leak standing in the parking lot so it would be hard to miss if he actually turned on the water. They did come back and fix it though, so 2 stars

We had an emergency on a Saturday, called and got a quite over the phone. Glenn came over that day within 25 minutes and was finished within an hour. He is super friendly and knowledgeable!!!! We are super pleased and would recommend Sampson's to everyone!!! Thank you so much!!!

Spoke with Chris about having a Water Softener system installed & was informative on the process. I was notified day of that they were running a little, which is greatly appreciated. Joe arrived and was very professional and friendly. Explained the process and also asked if I had any special requests for where I wanted the Water Softener installed. Jake Devore came out late on a Saturday evening to take care of a surprising backed-up drain. He explained what he was going to do, asked permission before going into rooms or moving any items, explained what he thought the issue was, and offered suggested remedy options. He was honest and upfront about pricing. We went with the less certain--but less expensive--option with the understanding that if it did not work that cost would not be added onto the more labor/time intensive option. That was appreciated. While performing the work he commented on other possible things to look at and we scheduled a free follow-up appointment to verify/validate that the repair is good.I asked him for his card and I would not hesitate to call him again in the future. I have had both good and negative experiences with Taz Plumbing. I have had them come out at the drop of a dime to fix plumbing issues, and have been super grateful. However, when our home had a pipe break under the slab, and knowing it was polybutelyn pipe ( waiting for another disaster) We chose them to re-plumb our home. Although there bid was much higher than the other company, we had had good experiences with them in the past, and figured this job would be quality like the others.
I can say this was a poor choice. The gentleman that worked on our house treated our home like garbage. They had to open the wall in the garage, and instead of consulting us, or having us move items, they literally threw every item we had into a giant heap! They did the same in the master bathroom, they needed under the sink so they threw everything in a giant pile in the shower. It looked like they used a shovel. They did not put anything back. When the job was done they left Spackle everywhere, and 2 holes in the wall, which I had to have another company repair. The did not replace the water heater like promised in the quote, and we realized this upon a home inspection after we put our home on the market. Then, when they replaced it they did not get the proper licence, and it took almost 2 months for them to get the inspector out.
If you have a small problem ( busted water heater, plugged pipe, faulty garbage disposal) I would recommend them. However, I would not agree that this company is equipped to handle a larger job such as re-plumbing a house.

I really love all in plumbing they get the Job done with great quality. Derek acts professional with manners in his work and explains the problem of the situation and solves what needs to be fix.

They did a great job of fixing my water heater in an affordable way, and gave me advice for the future. I will use them again, thanks!
