These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

They are quick - they were able to send someone on the same morning I called. I have used Arico several times and have not been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

I called around and got estimates from 6 different places. Cal's was the second cheapest, but they were professional, prompt, thorough, and the most polite. Keith is awesome and I'll always pay a couple of extra dollars for that. Cal's will be the only call I make from now on.

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!

Zero or negative stars. After promising that they would be there today and then called to say someone was on their way, they called to cancel.

When another local plumber charged us $135 to tell us we had a problem he wouldn't or couldn't fix, we called Roto Rooter. Joseph was extremely professional and pleasant, let me know up front what my charges would be, and kept working on the problem until it was fixed. I'm now awaiting more information and a bid from him for more extensive damages that we may be dealing with deeper in my home, and I'm confident that he and his company will actually fix the entire problem, not just charge for telling me there IS a problem like the other guy did. I highly recommend this company, and especially Joseph.

Called plumb plumbing at 2:15 they were out to my house at 3:20. They cut into my wall and got into my crawl space and fixed the issue in about an hour and charged me $176. I’ve never been more impressed with a plumber (James). I’ve been looking for a plumber that doesn’t gouge me on price and does good work and I’ve finally found them. 👍👍👍👍👍

I would not recommend this company/individual whatsoever. We used Anthony recently to make very minor repairs only to be gouged and charged $300 per hour. When his rate was challenged by the site foreman, Anthony's response was they look like they can afford it. Therefore, it appears the owner of this company charges based on a personal assessment (i.e. guess) of the homeowners financial standing instead of what is morally right.

Overall good experience. It took some time to work through the issue, but was ultimately resolved in a professional manner. They have been my plumbing company for over 10 years. Will continue to be the one I go to in the future.

Hardly any contact from them. They showed up whenever they wanted to and when I wasn't home or available because I worked. Had to wait an extra week to get service. They also didn't show up during scheduled time nor call to reschedule.
