About 2 weeks ago, Zach came out to replace a leaky water riser. He came in his personal vehicle and said it would be $800. Trusting his expertise, I agreed against my better judgment. When collecting payment, he said he would give me 25% off if I made the check out to him personally. I did and never received a receipt. Now the pipe is leaking again and he is nowhere to be found.

It seems that theft runs in the company as the BBB had a Pima County sheriff's police report generated from a little over a year ago

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! The exterior faucets in my old home were so corroded that they we useless. I took my chances cold calling and was very happy that Professional Plumbing had someone available within an hour. I was thankful for this availability because I had to shut the water off at the main when the valve slipped and would not shut the water off at the hose. The technician Steve was polite, professional and quickly addressed my need for new exterior faucets. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Joseph was extremely professional and pleasant, let me know up front what my charges would be, and kept working on the problem until it was fixed. I'm now awaiting more information and a bid from him for more extensive damages that we may be dealing with deeper in my home, and I'm confident that he and his company will actually fix the entire problem, not just charge for telling me there IS a problem like the other guy did.
