On 10-28-21 my shower and bathroom sink was repaired with quality services from Issac and his crew. I had a nonstop dripping faucet in my tub which was the original from the house. We were able to connect thru texts a pictures to prepare and plan diligently for the work to be completed in a very timely manner. Issac was very thorough to inspect and view all possible steps in order to keep costs low and give quality work. In addition, he gave out labor resources to connect as needed for drywall with Miguel . The crew was very respectful and open to any questions for the services needed at hand. I highly recommend Rattlesnake Drain Company to a friend or relative. I have always utilized their services over the years.

Tony was great, prompt and professional. Fast service and superior work. I broke my outdoor faucet bibb overnight, needless to say, I had the shut off my water supply the whole night and the following morning. Tony was able to come that following morning and fix the broken copper pipe.

I found everyone that I dealt with very professional and very respectful in their respective duties. It was a very big job and needed an extreme amount of engineering, which they handled like pros! They went above and beyond working extra hours in order to get the job completed quickly. They were just great! Unbelievable they’ve gotten positive reviews - our home warranty sent them out to us and they tried high pressure scare tactics to do $5K + work telling us if we didn’t get it done the next day we’d be looking at the tens of thousands in repair. I stalled them to get competitive quotes and had the work done by someone else for a few hundred. It gets worse though - turns out what they claimed was wrong wasn’t and the bulk of what they said wasn’t true. The owner even called when they suspected we were going with someone else and offered a thousand dollar discount.

Very shady business practices and will be reporting to the AZ contractor license board. Who knows who else they’ve scammed with these untrustworthy practices but beware of this company and if you have to deal with them because of a home warranty - question everything they say and get a second opinion from another company.

After we spotted a leak in our backyard we contacted several companies to replace our existing water line from the meter to the house. Derek answered the call and was at our house in 30 minutes. After a brief rundown of what the issue what was needed to replace the line he left to get supplies and was back within the hour. After bout an hour working. A new line was in and our water was on. Thanks Derek and Robert for your fast response and even faster work. Much appreciated
