This review is overdue. I used Elite Rooter in May of this year. Both Brians arrived, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was to be done, and how much everything would cost. At any rate, the friendlier Brian, who lives outside of Tucson and comes into town only on certain days, was the plumber who stayed to do the bulk of the work. I gave Elite one star because the plumber did not bother to reconnect the pipes when he changed the faucet. I had water immediately run on to the floor as soon as I turned on the water. With a bucket under my sink, I called Elite for the plumber to return. I was informed they did not have anyone to dispatch back out! An essential take away from this review is that Elite has horrible customer service, and is short-staffed. I consequently had a cable appointment the next day. The cable guy saw the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and pipes! Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the quality of work or whether the job was even completed.

I highly recommend this plumbing service for their reliability and prompt response. The team fixed the issue without delay.

Best experience ever!!!! We had a water pressure issue. Called On the side (internet search) they came out corrected the problem without “over fixing” got us up and running and gave us recommendations! Absolutely impressed with this company!! Referred by a friend, contacted for minor sink drain clog on 8/5/21 4pm, they were here next day by 8/6 by 1pm - they contacted early to tell me they can come BEFORE the original time frame window. and they even came EARLY when I was quoted 45 mins. I was floored - professional from the get go, I got Barry and he wore booties inside my home without me asking, professional, humble, hard working young man, straight forward when I questioned things, etc. I was overall pleasantly surprised in the whole experience, I was actually dreading and had low low expectations going into this. I've referred several friends already! No one wants the dreaded plumbing issues but when you do, you don't know who to call, I would put my trust in trying this company out. Awesome and you need more techs like Barry! no just honesty and hard work

Professional people and excellent service

Isaac was professional and knowledgeable as well as sympathetic to my situation. He was on time and worked quickly. The price was very reasonable and I will call him again with any issues I may have with my plumbing.

Michael came over at the request of my home warranty. He told me one thing, (the correct diagnosis, according to a second plumber), and then told the home warranty there was no issue. He lied, took our cash, and walked away. Michael, or anyone from Agile Plumbing, will never set foot on my property again. Find a different plumber!

From scheduling to completion of work, I was exceedingly pleased with this company! You will not find better in Tucson.
