Nate, their AC tech from Tucson was amazing! Fantastic customer service, competent, attentive, and spent extra time explaining thing with superb communication skills. This was only for an AC tuneup of our two units but I’m so impressed that I plan on buying my next two AC units with this company. My current AC/Heating units are over 20 years old so I know that time is coming.

I cannot say enough for their expertise. They were recommended from another plumber who couldn’t navigate my sewer line. They were able to clear the line, when others recommended trenching and installing a new line. They are phenomenal and I couldn’t imagine using anyone else.

Marty is very professional and personable. He fixed my leak in my kitchen sink and diagnosed the problem in an expedient manner. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing problem you may have. He is awesome! Sharon installed a new floor beneath my sink after I had a large leak that warped the floor inside the cabinet. She is a perfectionist and the install is perfect. I was very impressed with her determination to get all of the wet particle board out and she also wiped down the inside with Chlorex. I would highly recommend her for any future repairs that I might need.

I had a problem with the water heater one early Friday evening after trying to do some preventive maintenance. Affordable Plumbing came out the same evening and fixed the problem. Never called back.

We called this company to repair a leaking shower (caused by the cartridge). The original technician arrived promptly and gave us an estimate for the repair costs which seemed very high: $400 to repair or $1200 to replace . However we agreed to have the company do the work. They canceled the first appointment due to an employee's illness (understandable) and rescheduled for the following day. No one showed up and we had to call them twice - they did not communicate with us. The next day the same thing happened- they did not show up and did not communicate- we had to call them. On the third day, they did not come at the newly scheduled time. I phoned them and said I had to leave and cancelled the appointment. I contacted another company who came during the time window, completed the job and charged us less than $300 for the replacement.

Best plumber yet! We've had a few plumbing jobs in the last 2 weeks, as well as one a few years ago - all with different plumbers. Ram Plumbing is the best of them all by far! Joseph was professional, confident in his work, efficient, and so personable and kind. He did a great job with every task, no messes or shoddy work left behind. Prices were reasonable. I will ask for him by name!

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!
