This company is wonderful! We needed to replace our evaporative cooling system with air conditioning. Rick and Rob were able to guide us on what system would work best for our home. They got our system ordered in a short amount of time. They kept in touch by email to make sure we were informed every step of the way. On the day of install they sent Ruben, Alan, Josue, and Jeremy. They were on time, professional, polite and performed a flawless installation. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood how to use our new system. Alan even made sure when the old furnace was removed he made the area look nice and did not leave a gaping hole in my closet floor. We now have a beautiful Bosch system that runs exceptionally well. You cannot even hear when it turns off and on and when it runs is completely silent. I would definitely recommend this company for any home needs.

Terrible company, came out multiple times and used hydro jetting to clear my sewer lines and then tried to say I needed a $16K fix for a damaged line when it kept backing up. I used another company and they resolved the issue in one visit without trying to scam me.

Kevin was our plumbing advisor and Tyson was our service pro. Our hot water tank burst on Memorial Day, and Kevin came out that day, and thoroughly reviewed our options with us. The installation was completed by the next day. They replaced our hot water tank, the ventilation system was updated to pass Pima County inspection, and safety features were added. Tyson did an incredible job, his work was meticulous! Kevin even helped provide documentation for our homeowner’s insurance claim. We plan on contacting Al Coronado Plumbing for maintenance of our hot water tank system, and other services. We will be recommending the company to our family and friends!

They quoted me one price and billed me a higher price. I contacted them twice to address this issue and they never responded. They left a mess, didn’t even hose the path clean. They left dirt covering all the pavers. They dug a trench across my backyard because the person I discussed the connections with didn’t draw where the connected were to be placed. By digging across the backyard, they damaged the sprinkler supply line.

Stanley Steemer broke my outside spigot. Ram was here to fix it, same day. If I have n additional plumbing needs, I will be calling Ram!
