Everyone at Swanson Plumbing are excellent to work with, I called Rachel and scheduled a water heater replacement due to mine was leaking and they responded the same day. She was super polite and understanding on the phone. Tim and Adrian were both very professional and knowledgeable. There was some extra work due to the leak and they took care of everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing needs. I will certainly be calling them again when I need any plumbing work. THANKS again to the whole team.

Our AC went out on a Sunday when it was 107 outside. We called Cool Willy's and they came out within 30 minutes and had us back up and running in about 20 minutes. Nick was the best, very professional and courteous. I give Nick and Cool Willy's 100 out of 10. Great job!!

I would NEVER use this company, ever. Their employee, Michael, stood in our home and explained a problem with the shower valve. Then, when he got on the phone with our warranty company, stated to them there was no problem at all! They are liars and cheats. Don't use!!!!

Rick did an excellent job identifying and fixing a rather costly toilet blockage repair. He was at all times informative and compassionate. I was afforded a senior discount that helped ease the blow of a high repair bill. Rick explained the reasons for the costs in terms a non plumber could understand.
