Hot water heaters broke on a weekend. They were the only company out of 7 that answered me right away and kept me posted on when they could come that same day. They did excellent work had new hot water heater in by late afternoon.

Go with these guys every time! Had a clog in our shared/common kitchen line with our neighbors. The home warranty assigned a company that had no idea what they were doing. They told us that we did not have a sewer clean out, adding that would need to pay out of pocket to have one installed. Our HOA recommended calling Bio Remedies for a second opinion. I'm so happy I did. I spoke with both brothers who contacted me within minutes of submitting a query online, - Ken and Steve - who both confidently reassured me from the get-go that they could fix the issue without any installation! When Steve came out, he saw immediately that we had TWO sewer clean outs! The clog was fixed within minutes and the cost was cheaper than I could have imagined. Thanks, Bio Remedies! I've found my go-to plumbers for life.

We have used Day and Knight Plumbing a couple of times and we will not use another plumbing company in the future. The first time we had a pressure release valve problem, not an emergency, David explained the situation what he would do and even explained to my husband what he could try to fix it himself. We ended up having David, the professional fix it, thankfully! The second call was more urgent and they were very responsive and run on time. They have parts on their trucks and are ready to fix plumbing problems quickly. We have our #1 plumbing company, Day and Knight!

I received estimates from 2 other licensed plumbing contractors for the repairs I needed after buying a home and both came in around $2000. Brandon from Tucson Plumbing gave a nearly $8000 estimate and this would not include the drywall repair after the plumbing work.

Brandon told me I would have to replace my entire tub surround (not true, new cartridges were available for about $200 and did not involve any tile removal or replacement), he looked in the tub access panel where one of the leaks was occuring and after a quick glance said this was leaking, but it's not anymore...I literally had to say do you want me to turn on the water? When I turned the tub on, he saw the obviously leaking galvanized pipes that had been indicated on the home inspection and kept saying oh, this is bad, this is really bad!. Additionally, I wanted the pipes in the primary bath to be capped off because I am not planning on using the tubs and he charged me 30 minutes of labor for removing the cap of the cartridge handles that I did not want to replace in the first place. One of his suggestions for dealing with the dripping faucet was you can turn the main water off for the house and then turn it back on when you want to use it....what??

I still did not feel right about the seemingly inflated estimate a couple of months after the visit so before posting a review, I gave the company a courtesy call to share my experience but Jasper's indignant response saying that I blindsided him and I was calling nearly 2 months after the fact! when trying to give the company feedback solidified my decision to post this review. I'm not sure if Brandon didn't want to do the work and was trying to price the company out of the job or just didn't know how to handle the repairs. In the end, I was able to have all the repairs, including drywall patching, with one of the other licensed contractors for about $2500, the galvanized pipes were updated to copper, and everything was completed in about 2 days. Definitely shop around.

Edit: Per the company's response: I did not ask for a refund of the trip charge or the 30 minutes of labor. Also did not threaten a bad review--would have been willing to not post a review if the company had listened to my concerns and my poor experience. Instead Jasper was defensive and unprofessional in his response. Go with another company.
