We have thrown so many different plumbing issues his way: emergency situations, complex situations and routine repairs. He has been able to tackle all of it without much issue. He is a great communicator and very professional. Highly recommended.

Water was backing up in the kitchen sinks and ending up the the washing machine! Lines needed to be flushed!

Called about a problem. Upfront about the costs related to labor and truck charge. Mike was very friendly, showed up early and finished the work in a timely manner. The only thing I would have negative to say is that in removing insulation on pipes and not having any to replace it with on the truck. I can go to Ace and get it myself for much cheaper, so not a huge issue. I would definitely recommend to others

Terrible company, came out multiple times and used hydro jetting to clear my sewer lines and then tried to say I needed a $16K fix for a damaged line when it kept backing up. I used another company and they resolved the issue in one visit without trying to scam me.

The MacInnis plumbing team of professionals is simply the best in town. Once again they provided my family with most excellent service. I suspected that our tankless water heater had reached the end of its useful life...within hours Mike (Owner) came out and assessed the problem. The team (Mike, Tyler & Quinton) arrived the next morning and installed a brand new 50 gallon traditional tank heater quickly. Their service is of the highest quality and at the most fair and reasonable cost. There is no reason to call anyone else...call MacInnis Plumbing. I have used them for years.

I had a root intrusion into my plumbing that caused sewage to back up into my front yard. Drain Medics were able to respond within just a couple hours to clear the drain and diagnose the problem. Austin was upfront about the issue and cost. He explained the process in detail which allowed my wife and I to make a very informed decision regarding the repair. The next morning, Austin and Mark showed up precisely when he had said they would. They worked quickly and diligently. When the area that needed the repair was a bit bigger than anticipated, Austin made a second trip to get additional equipment needed. Austin and Mark both very much had a “Do it Nice, not Twice” attitude and were very meticulous in their process. The pipe was repaired and they left my front yard looking nicer than it did when they arrived. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone who is seeking hard working honest plumbers from a family owned business.
