I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

Joe and Rob were on time and very good at explaining the repair they were making. They took a look at other fixtures that were questionable and gave us great advice!

We were having water valve issues with both our bathrooms and the toilets …Dominic came in and accessed all our issues and needs ! He worked quickly & efficiently to make things right - after not having water pressure for 3 years …I can’t tell you how happy I am ! Also my spouses toilet no longer “runs “ all night long and the handle on our guest room toilet, o longer needs to be held down to flush ! Dominic is the ultimate professional when a passion for taking care of everyone’s needs ! I highly recommend his services , he will not disappoint !!!!

Fred was absolutely awesome in our time of pretty desperate need, the day before Thanksgiving no less. Patient and thorough, he assessed our way-more-serious-than-expected back-up issues and graciously returned the same day (despite being fully booked already) to clear us efficiently and without complaint.

Most unprofessional plumber named Robb/ installed well tank charged over 640 dollars and installed incorrectly/ no returned phone call / on weekend no emergency phone number listed. Call the following Monday after two days with no water and immediately asked for 110.00 dollar service fee States how do I know your not trying to scam the plumbing business lol joke of a company stay away spend money elsewhere.. A-1 creep!

Have used them twice, both in emergent situations, and they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! Great, reliable company!

Left a message for the service manager regarding some issues with one of their tech. Didn't call me back. I left a message on his voice mail cause hr wouldn't take call.

Eric and the team do awesome work. The kind of guys that do not leave until the job is done right. You get what you pay for when it comes to these guys.

Called Monday (12/7/2015) morning about main sewer line plugged / water backing up.. Had someone out in about 2 hours. Plumbers worked fast and got the job done.

I went through Angie's list and found this guy. Tried to stay with small business being a small business owner myself. He agreed to install a tankless water heater for us and he did so. When i reviewed the bill he added $100 into the tax. When I confronted him on this he said it was a processing fee from Square and he had no idea. I told him he can't hide charges like that and he should refund me we talked about installing a instant hot water device for 250 and using that as a credit. We scheduled 3 separate Saturday mornings and he never showed for any of them. Only one he reached out to me to let me know. I finally decided to cut ties with him and just ask for a straight refund, he said he mailed it on Feb. 15th. As of today (4/29) still no check. I have contacted BBB and Angie's List. At this point, it's not about the money. It's about integrity and doing the right thing. STAY AWAY!!!

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered! My appointment was for 9 AM; it's now 4 PM and he still hasn't arrived. He will not answer his phone and will not call me back. He was recommended by Angi which leads me to question the reliability of their recommendations!
I took off from work to be here and he never showed up and never called. This affected my professional life as well as my personal life. This is an insulting, disrespectful and shameful business. He should be ashamed of himself for treating a customer in this manner.
This is a company that should not be in business.

Trying to get them to honor warranty they won't respond. Water seeping out of plumbing they installed and puddles on basement floor for weeks now.
