Best Water Main Services in Toledo OH

Found out the shut off valve didn't work right... so it was a problem on my end. Service was prompt and affordable... was a little difficult to reach the technician for a follow up question, but overall service was pretty good.

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

A pipe burst in my basement on a Friday night at 8pm after winter temps were well below zero. These guys (Cody and Jacob) were at my house in less than two hours. Within no time the pipe was fixed and they even gave me some tips to make sure future things like this don’t happen again. I’ll only use them for any future plumbing needs.

The water heater in my home had seen it's better days. I researched local plumbing companies looking for good reviews as I knew it was time for a replacement and I was hoping to have it taken care of as soon as possible, and by someone who was fair on price. Rooter Right Plumbing exceeded my expectations!! The gentleman who took care of this matter was polite and professional. He was able to get the job done in a timely manner and without any qualms (I had a light in the basement go out which could have made the job more difficult and inconvenient, but the gentleman was very confident that he could proceed in this condition). VERY impressed with Perrysburg Plumbing! We realized something wasn't right with our sump pump around 8pm. We called, expecting to get an answering machine. Instead, someone answered and listened to our concern. Within 5 minutes, Brian called and talked to us. Our situation wasn't urgent, so we made an appointment for the next day. Later that night, Brian called back to make sure everything was ok before turning in for the night! Really? Who calls just to check on you these days? It was great because we had a question and didn't want to bother him again. He came out the next day (I love the 30 minute call to let you know he is on the way) and he replaced our sump pump! He was professional, knowledgeable and very kind. We highly recommend Perrysburg Plumbing if you want excellent customer service by someone who really cares!

Dipsh*ts scheduled to do a install today at noon. just found out the re-scheduled the install and didn't even bother to call and tell us. On top of that we paid for this install going on 2 weeks. Will never use this company again.
