I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

My basement had sewage back up overnight. As a new homeowner I never experienced this in my life. I called the Drain Doctor and Amber was able to get me in within 2 hours same day. I was not on site at time of visit but my wife said Joel was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was fixed within a few hours and I could not be more happier with their service. I called Sunday night at approximately 8:50pm because my toddler son flushed a new tube of toothpaste down our only bathroom toilet. I made it known when talking to the dispatcher that it was fairly urgent as we only have the 1 toilet. She took my information and told me me an on-call rep would call me very shortly. 9:45am, 13 hours later, and still no call. Thankfully my fiance was able to find a broken auger in our garage this morning and managed to fix it himself. I realize I called off-hours, but they shouldn't market 24 hour response if they can't even call you back about an urgent plumbing issue.

Sewage backing up in the basement. Call Rooter right they told me Abby a few hours until they can come out. Macomb about three hours later and said they were on their way took care of the problem. Great response and great service.
