Best Sewer Lines in Toledo OH

I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

First company I called couldn't find a problem with my water heater going out. Tech from pipe doctor told me to look for squirrels - I thought he was bonkers. 3 days later the wildlife removal company pulled a squirrel out of the vents.
Needless to say we had Pipe Doctor install the new water heater. They carry Bradford White which seems to be the best. I think they use contractors as at least one tech has no idea there was an office on Lewis but I don't care as long as the work is good.

I knew I had a main drain clog. I called two other places before calling Roto Rooter. I was told no one could help until the day after Thanksgiving. I had been calling places three days before Thanksgiving. I took a chance and called Roto Rooter. Ellen answered the phone and shared she could send someone out right away. Thank you Ellen!! He was very nice. I was not well that day so I was unable to speak with him, but he was trying to show us on how to do it ourselves but I rather just pay him.

Fred came out same day, was very courteous & friendly. He unclogged our tub & washing machine drains. He also found a problem we didn't know we had & he repaired it as well. Would recommend them for clearing drains!

Had to have a section of my sewer drain replaced and they were recommended by Action Sewer Cleaning company. Did call a few other companies, but they offered the best service at the best price. Called them on a Tuesday and they came the following day! Once they had repaired what we believed to be the only bad part of the line, we found more issues downstream. They came back the next day and replaced another section of the drain. They also completed the service by snaking out the completed drain and ran a camera down to insure that there were no further problems. Took them no more than 3 hours each day to complete the project. Would call them again, if needed (hopefully not, though). Don't waste your time calling around, just got directly to these people. Professional and courteous. Thanks guys for the great job!

Horrible service. Worker came to my house to inspect our reverse osmosis machine. Not only did he not fix the problem but he created a leak underneath the sink. They wanted to charge me for another service fee to have the worker come back to repair his own damage. When i called the supervisor he ignored my phone calls and text messages. Highly unprofessional business and shady craftsmanship.

While I did not receive service from them due to my state needing a sooner appointment, the person I spoke with was very informative, went out of her way to explain some industry information, and passed on another suggestion for someone who maybe would be able to come sooner. I booked with their recommendation, and my problem was solved in a matter of hours. Top notch service even when passing on business!!
