Outstanding!! If you need to replace a sump pump, call these people first! They answered the phone after hours, sent someone out quickly and are reasonably priced. They replaced an old broken sump pump with a new, name-brand pump. Installation was courteous, fast and clean. I was given warrantee material and a clear explanation of the work and cost before they started. This was plumbing perfection! They will continue to be at the top of my list.

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

I would have rated higher but the billing and service not more than the industry standard of our time. Kellermeir heating and plumbing installed furnace and ac for 10300.00 four years ago. A device that would route condensation away from burner tube was not installed. This resulted in Relay on Control Board Failing.

Perrysburg Heating and Cooling replaced the controller board under warrenty for a charge of 284.00, the charge for device that was not installed during furnace installation “rubber boot, drain line and pvc t” charge 154.00. Less not forget the service fee of 89.00. No tax reference so one might surmise tax is part of the 17% service fee. A grand total of 527.00 in labor to replace control board, add a pvc t, rubber boat and drain line. The technician was here for approximately here for an 1.5 and accounting for going to Toledo to retrieve control board maybe a total of 2.00 hours. Apparently I am not the only one to complain about cost of labor as a explanation of charges came with the bill. The explanation does not follow the charges needed to be 44% “527/1200” off my 40 hour week pay when I worked. Can you imagine how hard to pay this bill if you made less than 1200 a week. Geeze it was labor. You cannot explain 210.8 an hour for overhead and employee cost smh “these comments do not fall on the technician”. The technician was spot on.

Our plumber Blake did an excellent job - professional, courteous, and efficient. We would happily recommend him and Benjamin Franklin if you need something done quickly and correctly.

The accountant is extremely rude and unprofessional. Questions about the cost of the service were asked and he became aggressive. The man used condescending language and was disrespectul. The customer service is horrible. They have lost my business after years as a customer.

Dipsh*ts scheduled to do a install today at noon. just found out the re-scheduled the install and didn't even bother to call and tell us. On top of that we paid for this install going on 2 weeks. Will never use this company again.

My repairman (Bill) was very polite, professional, and competent! Another reviewer said that her repairman wore an inappropriate shirt. Both times that Bill came to my house, he wore proper attire, which included a plain, dark t-shirt.
