I used this service after hours when I punched a hole in my shower pipe. Mr Schmeltz came over and walked me through what happened as well as a plan to fix the issue. I was not charged for the service call where honestly I would have paid a big company hundreds of dollars just to tell me what was wrong. Mr Schmeltz fixed my issue all while being very professional and pleasant. I will be using his services in the future and I hope anyone who has an issue and wants actual customer service will use his business too.

Called them for service on a clogged sink, a worker came out and determined that he was unqualified to resolve the issue. We were told that a more qualified plumber would be out the next morning to work on it. That was over a week ago and still no response from them. But they certainly made sure to bill us for the initial visit. Don't waste your time on this place, call someone else.

Emergency call, they were at my house in less than a hour and a half. Fixed my backed up basement floor drain, and cleared out all pipes in less than an hour. Two young men helped me at my house, both very professional, courteous, and thorough. Fair and transparent price. They earned my business from here on.

Called Monday (12/7/2015) morning about main sewer line plugged / water backing up.. Had someone out in about 2 hours. Plumbers worked fast and got the job done.
