Best Drain Inspections in Toledo OH

I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a leaky tub faucet and no hot water, so I called Drain Doctor. They had plumbers at my house within an hour! They were very friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. They even cleaned up before they left. I felt like they charged a reasonable amount also. It was well worth it to get a hot shower with no leaks. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely be calling them again for any future issues!

I'm very upset main drain was clogged they charged 400$ and guess what 2 days later still backing up. Oh no warranty thanks.

I have been a club member for over a year and have paid $36.00 a month for a service that when it came time for help, they were not an option and showed their true colors. For the following two reasons, I have canceled my heating/cooling, plumbing, and electrical membership and will never look back. They are not the Costco of the trades and the membership here is a joke.

1. We had an issue with flooding in our half bath from our toilet that happened all of a sudden. I called them over the weekend and their “call center” advised me that I would be charged a $189.00 diagnostic fee. I explained that I was a member. They said that does not matter. Just to come out, that is the fee and it would be separate from repairs. I was told by the woman I spoke to that fixing this situation could cost me a significant amount when all was said and done. They also said that there was no guarantee they could get to me until Monday. Some club membership, right. There is no VIP treatment here. Pay for the hopes that you will get the help you need when you need it.

2. The lack of professionalism from the woman on the phone was beyond pathetic. I asked her to explain the diagnostic fee and she couldn’t. I asked for someone to call back to explain before having to commit to it. She said that I needed to accept just to get a call back from the on call tech. Poor business practice and lack of care for a customer who has already spent $12,000.00+ for major electrical work and plumbing repairs to date. Stay with private contractors who are not tied to excessive company costs. They beat the competition at one thing and that is doing work for 3x more what other companies charge in the area with so-called club membership discounts. I have no background in plumbing, but watched YouTube and asked a friend for background knowledge who said he does the work needed for significantly less. I ended up doing the work myself with his guidance and saved $1,000.00+ for beyond ridiculous pricing.

Please do your research before committing to anything. If you don’t have an emergency and a lot of money to give away for standard work, this company is for you. I would have saved a lot shopping around, but felt like my hands were tied with urgency when we moved to a house needing significant work. I will say that the work done was good for the electrical, but after digging because I was facing an emergency at the time, I spent double what it should have cost. Don’t live by my regrets and know that there are so many private contractors that I spoke to who would do the same jobs for half the price or less.

Very reasonable when it came to price and pretty much beat everyone I had called for estimates, walked me through his whole process while he was cleaning sewer drain and very professional....we will be calling Everytime for a reg clean out when need in the future!!!!

He was super responsive and fast. Got the job done extremely quick. I’d recommend this company to anyone.
