My sewer line broke and I called Eric for him to come out and take a look at the project. He came out within hours of me calling him on a Saturday. Since I could not turn on water, flush toilets, shower, etc Eric was able to put in an emergency request and cancelled other jobs in order to take care of me and do the sewer line repairs himself!. The job was complete that Monday which is less than 48 hours from when I called him! Eric was very professional and I was so happy with the work he completed in a very timely manner for a reasonable price.

I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired the Drain Doctors in Toledo, OH to reconnect my toilet (which included replacing the O ring) and to install a new sink faucet. They charged $550. The sink was not leaking prior to them coming out. I was just wanting a more modern faucet. After they left sink was leaking. I contact them to come out again and they could not fix the leak. I was told I would need to pay an additional $250 so they can change out the shut-off valves. Since the leak was coming from the PVC pipes and not the shut-off valves I declined and contact another plumbing company. The new plumber repaired the leak for a minimal charge and did not need to replace the shut-off valves. The new plumber was also very surprised I was charged so much for little work. I typically do not leave reviews but felt this situation warranted one.

Prompt. Professional. The first employee could not figure out the leak, and he called his partner who came to assist and they fixed it together. A month later, there were still some issues. I was scheduled for the same day, and since it was under warranty the work was completed at the same time (additional work/ Pipe cleaning). Without charging anything additional.
The only thing I would recommend is that the first time they provided their services, they did not run water in the bathtub long enough to figure out there was still a blockage. If this was done, they would not have had to come out a second time.
That said, I would recommend this company.

Terrible service. Set an appointment last week for today between 9-12. Guy never showed and no courtesy call. Called the office. Was told he got held up on another job and he should be out soon. 2 hours went by. Called office again. Guy just finished and is on his way. 45 min went by. Called the office again and told them he still wasn't here. They don't know where he is. Cancelled appointment and lost a days work. Never again. A courtesy call would have went a long way with me.

Showed up less than an hr fixed my basement was backed up only there for 1 1/2 hrs huge mess and it was gone in no time . polite staff and professional and considerate. Amd they didnt kill my bank acount lol

We called, they came out the next day, looked at our hot water heater. We set up an appointment for them to come back and install it. Less then 2 days after they came out and installed the new tank. Even unclogged our drains. All in a week. Very fast and efficient. Would highly recommend.

First time I've had them come out. They removed a clog in my kitchen sink line. Couldn't be happier. Will use again for sure.

I love this company and all the related companies (All Seasons). They are responsive, nice, professional, and I don't feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. I was frantic to get my kitchen sink unclogged. I made an appointment for a couple days out however she could tell I was desperate and said she'd call if there was a cancellation. And, true to her word, she called me back the same day and said she had a cancellation. My clog ended up being pretty easy to fix even though I had been working on it myself for hours. It was a combo of steps I had not tried. But the technician explained it to me and I learned something new today. He fixed it without having to snake the drain and I feel that was very honest. He answered a couple other plumbing questions I had as well.

A friend referred me to these guys, I work in the construction industry so when I heard they were still in the mom and pop category instead of big box category I gave them a call..My grandmother's drains were clogged, these guys came out same day cleared it up and had great prices, they also treated my grandma like family,, they still have an old school feel...thanks guys..I'll send more work your way anyday

They actually showed up before the time given if I had any complaint it would be that they did not call first 🤣🤣 absolutely would recommend and use again in the future

Go anywhere else they charged $1500 for 3 hours work. $500 an hour?
unreal. Don't let them rip you off. Do not trust them.
