Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

KENT , Was a blessing in a very unlucky situation.
I had a pvc pipe crack in the gest bathroom & flooded half of my house. I called True Plummers for a ASAP job, they had Kent at my door in no time to get the job done! He was very informative & professional! He had me back up & running within the hour! Thank you Kent! I simply cannot say enough good things about this company, it's owner (Mike) and employees.

We had to have the whole hose redone with new water pipes throughout, due to old plumbing/leaks, etc. This was by far the largest scariest job I had ever experienced. Everyone with this company is top notch professionals, friendly, and knowledgeable. No question was too big or too small, and believe me I had many many questions! Their work was perfect and everything passed inspection the first time.

As for pricing, I like the fact that they quote by job not by hour and they also offer senior discounts, which is great. Their prices were lower than the other companies I called.

I also called several times after the job was completed, with additional questions and my calls were returned promptly, and every question answered,

Like I said, I cannot say enough good things about this company. it's owner and staff as they are always ready and eager to help. I have used them several times since the whole house job too. Never disappointed and lucky to have found honest reliable plumbers for life!

I called Bay Area Plumbing and told them my tankless water heater was going cold randomly and that I had never flushed the system and figured that was the issue. They sent a tech out to troubleshoot and he couldn't fix it and didn't bring the equipment to do the flush I told them initially I figured it needed. The plumber agreed it needed to be flushed and said to make another appointment and suggested that I would just have one bill for all the service. I made a second appointment and got the water heater flushed, then got two bills. I called and explained that I originally said it needed to be flushed but they didn't care, they wanted their $175 over a happy customer. To top it all off, I'm still having issues with the water heater after paying Bay Area a couple hundred dollars to fix it.

We have used Maurici two or three times. They are always prompt, pleasant, CLEAN and efficient. The guys did the job for a very reasonable price and then gave us a bit of advice on how to handle a couple of other small jobs ourselves. They are in my permanent Rolodex of service providers. Surprise sewage back up greeted me this morning. Roto Rooter came out ASAP and cleared the drain and fixed a second problem that was occuring.
They were professional, polite, prompt and respectful of my property and myself. I highly recommend them.

Don't look any further use All Pro Plumbing! Rolando was here today and he is awesome. Not only was he polite, professional and knowledgeable, he shared that knowledge with me. He thoroughly explained the problem we were having and more importantly why it happens. He got right to work and told me he would teach me how to flush the hot water heater myself so I could do the maintenance annually to avoid this problem in the future! Being originally from up north where we are not required to drain our water heaters, I didn't know Florida water is different and a nasty build up happens. Rolando fixed the heater pretty fast and then walked me thru all the steps so I know know what to do. He's such an asset to your company! He was so personable and friendly I can't thank him enough for all his hard work and the education we got. Great service! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to everyone. I'm going to post this experience in our Peridia neighborhood Facebook page as well so if any neighbors are looking they know where to call. Premium Plumbing has been my go-to plumber for any job big or small. They are prompt, professional, and provide exceptional service. Mark and Ben worked on my current project, installing a new main line to the house. They guys are simply at the top of their game. Excellent work and highly recommend.

They were very helpful! They gave a free estimate the day after I called for our 3 shampoo sinks. We made an appt to have them installed a week later. Adrian was especially helpful, he was our plumber. He went out of his way to make repairs on the surrounding flooring, and had great energy! AND the price point was great!!! A lot of plumbers around here over charge you for their services. Don’t be silly- go to gulf shore plumbing for quality, reasonably priced plumbing!

Frank did a fantastic job and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They had very fair pricing. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.
