Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

Michael went above and beyond what we asked him to do. He was extremely professional quick and took care of the issue and using a septic company I will always choose this one. Thank you for all your help.

In addition to normal plumbing over a few years, most recently Mike and his team installed a Flo by Moen system to control water flow in the event of a leak. Mike was here himself and was great in merging the mechanical side of plumbing with the artificial intelligence based system, connecting my device to Moen's server and not leaving until all was running right. Thanks Mike. You made me and my insurance company very happy.

We recently moved into a rental house in Tampa and had a pretty serious plumbing issue on our kitchen. Our property is managed by Coldwell Banker. They set-up the plumbing service with Llona Plumbing. Eniel came out and fixed the issue very efficiently. He also fixed a running toilet that I asked about, which was not part of his work order. Before he left, he cleaned and disinfected the entire kitchen sink, counter tops and floors. He put everything back exactly in it's place on the counters and under the sink. I was amazed! About a week later, we had the same issue (it wasn't that he didn't do the initial repairs properly, it was due to all the rain backing up from the city sewers). He came back out, fixed the issues and again, cleaned everything and put everything back in its place. He is a very polite and knowledgeable employee and when we purchase our next home, you can bet Llona Plumbing will be our only choice for any plumbing needs we may encounter. I was pleasantly surprised - Pete was professional and thorough, he explained what needed to be done and finished the job on time. Considering that the last plumber I called left everything a mess Pete ensured that he left everything clean and tidy. He earned my business - I will be calling Blue Box whenever I need a reliable plumber!

The tech was good at replacing a unit that dud NOT need to be replaced. The water heater was not leaking and only about 8 years old yet he said it was shot and had to be replaced. After he did, guess what? We STILL HAD NO HOT WATER. I called my electrician and he said yea a lot of those techs are quick to put in a new hot water heater when it's actually the electric connection has a problem. Do thanks Roto rooter now I have a new hot water heater I did not need. He suspected some electrical issue AFTER HE INSTALLED the water heater. A word of warning make sure you check electrical on your water heater before spending $1800 on new one!! Electrician came out and fixed it...Second tech came next day from Roro rooter to fix the sleeve and connection. He was more experienced and did a great job on a repair. But of course I still bough a water heater I did not need!!!
