I needed to put in new shower faucets and called All Purpose Plumbing yesterday and they told me someone will be there between 12-2 today, John was there right at 12:00 changed everything for me within an hour and did a fantastic job with a very reasonable price, very happy ...highly recommend them and will use them again.Thank you!!!!

BEWARE: They charge you by the hour the moment the plumber is dispatched. So in my case it cost me $135 for him to just drive to my house before he had even started on the actual job. Thank god he didn't get stuck in traffic! Seriously. I hate feeling ripped off especially when you are in a situation where you need help. I don't like companies that find sneaky ways to get even more money out of you instead of simply charging you for the work done. I won't be calling this company again. Maybe I wouldn't have felt so ripped off if the travel charge wasn't the same as the expert labor charge.

Dwayne is GREAT! It can be hard to find good quality honest people to hire for a job but Dwayne is just that. He came and gave me a free quote for the job I needed done, best part he was able to come within an hour. (reasonable pricing) After a few days I called him back to schedule an appointment and he came the same day. I would 100% recommend drain flo to any and all of my friends and neighbors for any plumbing needs.

After he fixed the repair he was here for another leak came up at shut off, I approached him with the you’re not going to believe this, didn’t shake him at all jumped right on it and fixed it. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Will ignore deals they make and not respond to voicemails....at all! Avoid this company and the Cooling Today at all costs. There are many better options. Also they had to come out for warranty not once, but 3 times.

I've used Phillip Maurici a few times. They always show up quickly. The plumber is always friendly. Plumbing is usually a little pricey, but I think they're fair. I would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Seeing your shop's parking lot fill up with water during business hours is never an enjoyable experience and then realizing that there was a plumbing issue and a service call / repair in your immediate future was not much better. I found Olin plumbing by their google reviews and they took my phone call at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and scheduled a time to come out and evaluate my problem for the next day. There was a technician on premise the next day by noon and we had situation under control within a couple of hours with no disruption to my business. Joe, the plumber / technician, couldn't have been nicer and more pleasant to deal with throughout the whole situation. He did everything he could to minimize the impact to my business, find me the most cost effective solution, and include me in all phases of decision making. The owner, Derek, also showed up the first day and came out the day after the job was completed to make sure all work was done to his satisfaction and to make sure I was pleased with the work and didn't have any questions or concerns. Great Job by a Great Staff and Company!!! I found my plumber for any future problems or repairs.

Jared is easily the best plumber we have ever worked with. We called him earlier this week to come do a complete inspection of the plumbing systems in a home that my son is purchasing in north St Pete (a bungalow built in the 1940's, which concerned us due to the age). Jared put us in his schedule within 1 day, called us when on his way, showed up 10 minutes early, and came to the door with his tools, kicked off his shoes (even though we said not necessary) and spent 10 minutes with us discussing what our expectations were for the visit. He was extremely knowledgeable on the nuances of the plumbing in these old homes, as he lives in the local area and has worked on MANY over the years. He started by tackling the easier items first...and found that the fix was something quite simple and he showed us the problem (rather that try and make it more complex). After his review of the more complex items that we wanted to investigate, he quickly spun up an electronic quote which was very fair. He reviewed it with us, we hit accept and he got started immediately on the work. After his 90-minute discovery work of the entire plumbing system (which included a full review of the inside plumbing, crawling the space under the house, and doing a camera-scoping of the main waste-water line from the house to the city main drain) he reported that he found only minor items (relief), with the exception of the main waste-water drain line. He took the time to verbally described the history of the drain line, how it works, and the risks involved with these old drain lines from the 1940s (called Orangeburg pipe). He then walked us through the video of the inside of the pipe, pointing out the deficiencies and failures (primarily due to the tree roots of two huge trees that sit next to the drain line, which are pressing on the drain line and badly restricting its ability to drain properly from the house to the City main wastewater line). He then described the process to replace the very old drain line, including how best to work with the City to secure the permits and solicit their assistance. He provided a quote (again, electronically and immediate) and reviewed it with us for when we are ready to make a decision to move forward on the replacement. I explained it would probably be 3-4 months and there was n o pressure whatsoever. We have had a few questions in the 2 days since his visit, and he responds very quickly with the information. His professional discovery work saved my son several thousand in hidden plumbing issue, which the seller will cover under the house purchase agreement. Jared (and his team) are very professional, very knowledgeable, no-nonsense plumbers. And, Jared is a really pleasant and nice human too....so that helps ! He (and the Flow Pro team) will be the plumber we happily refer to our friends and my son's new neighbors in St. Pete :)

We had our home repiped because of a slab leak. Our home is 1958 so the existing plumbing lines were on borrowed time, instead of having our floor busted up and deal with future leaks from old plumbing lines we had Landmark replace all piping, not an easy job on an older, block, flat roof home. Jason the owner, Nico & Sokol did an excellent job. Nico work days in our shallow roof and insulate all the lines. The City Of Clearwater plumbing inspector continued to comment on the excellent, thorough workmanship performed to complete the job. So yes, we highly recommend this company. Victoria
