Best Replacement Water Main in Tampa FL

Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

Drain Pro did a great job of installing new water supply and drain lines for our home. Dwayne’s expertise in plumbing and his professionalism made the plumbing repairs and upgrade go as smooth as possible. Very fair price for work done to standards and satisfaction. After other plumbing companies were unreliable, Flo Pros worked with me to come out on the weekend and their technician Jared was great.

a slow drain was going to need a $300 clearing. agreeable. nope, didn't work. pay $179 and we'll call it a failure or for $1900 we will hydroblast your drains and guarantee our work for 1 year. okay. nope not working. for only $10,000 more...yes $12305.00 we will replace the drains in the kitchen and laundry or for $24000.00 we will replace all your drains...we agreed to the 1/2 (what can you do at that point) and the work is done but we will not use them again and certainly didn't find them to be affordable.

Made an appointment weeks before we flew in to Clearwater. The appointment was for between 8 and 1. They texted us several times confirming the appointment. At 10 am the day of the appointment they called and said they had no technician to do our work and it would be a week before they could do it.

Anthony was prompt, responsive, courteous and proactive in taking care of our needs.

We called on Sunday night for toilet clog. Alvarez said that Chris would be out in about an hour. Chris was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We really appreciate the great service!

Update: 2023Was having some issues in my hall bathroom on a toilet they had worked on before. They have amazing customer service like i've never seen in plumbers before! And I have been through many other plumbers in tampa bay over the years! They were fast, thorough and stood behind their work!! Bob and his assistant were courteous professional and adept!!Update: 2023Fill valve on master toilet broken. Also main water valve at bottom of toilet broke. Took a few days to get here but Jose did a great job and with everything increasing in price I think it was fair.2021 Responded immediately! Respectful of wearing a mask. Explained problem with hall toilet and happy with the solution! Would recommend after 4 other plumbers in Tampa!
