I was able to get an appointment fast and they were on time. John did an excellent job on changing a kitchen faucet and shut-off valves. I would highly recommend APP for your plumbing needs.

I'm so happy to have this neighborhood plumber! They have saved me a lot of trouble when it comes to cleaning drains. Their skill and commitment to their work are really admirable.

BEWARE: They charge you by the hour the moment the plumber is dispatched. So in my case it cost me $135 for him to just drive to my house before he had even started on the actual job. Thank god he didn't get stuck in traffic! Seriously. I hate feeling ripped off especially when you are in a situation where you need help. I don't like companies that find sneaky ways to get even more money out of you instead of simply charging you for the work done. I won't be calling this company again. Maybe I wouldn't have felt so ripped off if the travel charge wasn't the same as the expert labor charge.

It was Friday evening and I called to confirm my appointment for that evening. My appointment had been changed without my knowledge to the next day by the warrenty company. The heat was unbearable in my house and I had already spent one night without any AC and there were no other appointments available for that evening. The operations manager Marcus went out of his way to come to my house when he left work to look at my AC. Luckily he had the part and it was a simple fix. He didn’t have to accommodate me, especially on a Friday evening but he didn’t hesitate to help me.
I can’t say enough about his professionalism and he is a true asset to his company.

Jon came out and replaced some DIY plumbing in the attic. The company is very professional. Generally plumbing is too expensive (2 hr job cost as much as my Dentist charges for a crown) but I knew the price before they started and I have peace of mind that it is done correctly. Just got quoted over $1400.00 to replace a water heater in a second floor condo (38 gallon electric under the air handler). Priced the unit for replacement at under $300 bucks at Lowes. They are out of their ever loving minds with that quote!!!!! Definitely moving on to another company.

So I had a holding tank on a 5th wheel have issues. So after I found out the cost to have it replaced I called Alvarez Plumbing they came out repiped and capped off my black tank. Fulltime unit in a park and 100x better than ever. Thanks guys for making a stressful situation a memory.
