2021 - Larson Plumbing did a great job for me again. I changed out 2 vanity’s that had 2 sinks in 1st vanity and 1 in the 2nd vanity. I followed the installation instructions that came with the faucets and mounted them to the vanity tops. Then I hooked up the supply and drain lines which took some modifications because they did not line up like the previous sinks/vanity’s. After 3 trips to Lowes and multiple tries, I had issues/leaks with all 3 sinks in different places. I reached out to Larson Plumbing which I have used in the past 2020 and scheduled a service call for my home. They put me on schedule quickly and sent Roy out to my home. In roughly 3 hours he took apart what I did incorrectly and reinstalled it the correct way. He explained what he did, was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Another fantastic job completed by Larson Plumbing. I am a fan and they can use me as a reference anytime.

2020 - Larson Plumbing just completed a project for me. Chris helped me with design, layout and fixture selection recommendations. This involved an ADA compliant bathroom that we had no idea what is needed. He provided recommendations on size of drain line and supply side pipe options and benefits. The employees he sent to our home were very professions, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves daily. The whole process went better than expected and I will recommend Larson Plumbing to friends, family or anyone else I speak with that is looking for a good plumbing company. Precisely on time. Had booties over his boots. Quoted us about $250 for the work plus a $39 service fee. We were told all the work would cost $211 when we scheduled the appointment. He called his company and they approved the lesser amount. Work was done well and took about 1h 15m.

I seriously love these guys. 3 out of 4 experiences have been amazing! One guy kind of sucked, and I have damage because he failed to tell me something small that could have saved me about $2k. However, the other 3 guys have been incredible, and I will STILL call them for everything HVAC and plumbing related.

By far the best! Great customer service, personable, polite, clean, caring, honest and most importantly COMPETENT plumbers. I've been having plumbing problems for almost a year. Several companies mis-diagnosed and their fixes lasted days or weeks. Two companies tried to upsell me into re-piping without carefully cchecking out pipes. 1 company tried to sell me camera work without any follow up to explain what they saw. 1 company did basically the right work, but did it so poorly that it didn't solve the problem. Premium did everything right. They located and diagnosed the problem methodically and quickly, explained the needed work very clearly, fixed the problem, and warrantied the work. If I'd called them in the first place, I would have saved a fortune by getting the job done right the first time! And their prices are right in line with everyone else's.

Had an issue with a water heater and Charles was able to diagnose the issue and replace it same day. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and was upfront about pricing. He was also able to walk me through other issues throughout the home. I recommend Charles and plan on having him come out for more work in the near future!
