As far as residential is concerned, look elsewhere. After their work we had 3 gas leaks, clogged sewage, tub that separated from floor (was never even used) and the surcharge on supplies was outrageous.

Do not use this company. This company came to unclog a toilet and run a camera and did not provide a written report or pictures and charged $588.00. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor and he stated that he would send his Technician Jose back out to provide pictures or a recording of the scope the next day. Well today Jose called and was very rude and patronizing and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge because we did not get a report and he was loud and rude and stated they deal with people disputed their charges all of the time, which says a lot about this company. Do yourself a favor and never call this company for anything.

They should be called the dangerous plumbers because when they drive their trucks they are texting and other activities on their cell phones instead of paying attention to driving. I was behind one of their trucks going down Linebaugh Ave at about 2:30 / (06/01/2018)-he was doing 15MPH in a 30MPH zone backing up traffic behind him and then stops at a green light at Florida Ave. and just sits there while it later turns yellow and then red- the whole time i could see in his side view mirror he was texting and ignoring me beeping my horn. they are a menace on the road.

This was the 2nd time I requested service from Alvarez plumbing. The 2nd time because I was impressed by the responsiveness and timeliness of the 1st. Victor and Ricardo were exceptionally courteous, neat and professional. Plumbing work, by nature, can be dirty and messy, but Victor and both of his partners did an amazing job of restoring the areas to like new. I will be calling Alvarez Plumbing for any future olumbing needs.

Today Howard pressure washed the back of my home so well I couldn't have done it better myself and I am a perfectionist. There was mold covering everything, a spiral staircase, concrete pillars, the white rought iron fence...all spotless! He worked non stop until the job was complete. All of the guys at this company are super nice and trustworthy.

An awesome experience with Charles Thompson. We had a Master Bathroom Sink Galvanized Water discharge pipe which had rotted away due to age. Hard to get to.. within cinder block wall. Big Dirty Job on an extremely hot day. Charles was prompt to respond to our request, was very reasonable on price, was courteous and took care of our home and very pleasant to communicate with.
