Just had Chris from Llona Plumbing out to my home this week to repair a broken pipe. He was here on time, called before arriving, was very friendly, and was in and out in under a hour. The price was resonable and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Llona Plumbing to anyone.

Everyone was great to deal with from the first phone call to when they left. I called to find out pricing on some basic work and they were the only company ( I called 5) that would give me an estimate over the phone. When I called back to book the appointment Tammy told me that they would called before arriving. I received a call from Ricky, he called to inform that he was 20 minutes away. Upon showing up Ricky and his helper Mario confirmed that problem with the toilet and also found an additional problem. We discuss the problem and cost and they got right on the additional work without hesitation. After snaking the line to clear the clog the quickly finished replacing the wax seal on the toilet. I also wanted the water line hooked up to my refridearator so we could have filtered water and ice. They ran all the plumbing necessary and after finding low pressure took the time to go back and research why and resolve it. Great guys, very professional and next time I need a plumber I will call Bay Area Plumbing and ask for Ricky.

Not properly managed. Not a place to take care of you

Called late in the day with an AC problem and expected it to be a next day thing, but had a Tech. out within the hour. Both Carlos and Brian were professional and easy to get along with. Will use again if needed in the future. Thanks for your help!

I originally called Williams Plumbing because I believed I had a leak in a water pipe. But Aaron tested for water pressure and checked to see if the water meter was running. Since those looked normal, he checked the faucet kitchen sink. Turns out my low pressure was only due to the dirt, rust and other stuff had clogged up the aerator. Instead of paying a thousand dollars to fix the problem I only had to pay the service fee of $89.00. Aaron was great, he arrived when he said he would and he helped me understand how the water works and also helped me learn about reading my water bill. I believe he should get a raise. I have nothing but high praise for him. He was great.

I was charged $350 to replace 2 valves 2 hoses under my bathroom sink. I HAD THE PARTS Then flip a seal on the toilet 🚽 my son had already put together!!!! They OVER CHARGED ME BY $150 according to the average cost! By the next day there was water under my sink! Now with a container to catch the water I EXPECT GOOD WORK FOR HONEST PAY! I GOT NEITHER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
