in the 2 years we have had a completely new system installed, they have been out to make craftmanship issue repairs almost 10 times, and this last time they damaged my wood flooring so bad that I will have to spend a day pulling up a bunch of it to replace the piece. They also left the drain on my floor and didn't even replace the gasket as you can see.

They came in the middle of the night to provide a critical service and at the same time suggested necessary and critical services that we did not even realize we're available to us on the spot. They offered an affordable and high-quality option to clean up a mess that was caused by other plumbers at an earlier time. They set our minds at ease and began working diligently towards solving our issue... All at a time of night that most companies wouldn't dream of working. we are still neck-deep in our cleanup but my wife and I feel confident that true plumbers will be able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and without causing us unnecessary inconvenience. Carey, Chad, Curtis and Brian were all fantastic. We thank you all sincerely and look forward to an excellent completed project.

Multiple issues1st scheduled time 10-2 and no show with no call. So I called and there was still a call ahead of mine that was an hour away so tech would not arrive until after 5. This was unacceptable so I rescheduled.2nd issue I consider False advertisementCoupon stated $99 per Accessible drain clean out includes free camera inspection. Once service tech came out, they stated drain has 2 accesses, roof and drain so it would be a minimum of $200. Cancelled and called Chris’s plumbing, the came same day and accessed both roof and drain for $95Red Cap is a ripe off

New water meter line installed under our driveway to house. B&B was prompt, professional and fairly priced. I will call them First with any plumbing issues.
