Olin Plumbing Inc was so helpful! I emailed them at the end of last week and promptly received a call from Judy. She was as nice as can be and very helpful. She made an appointment for me that fit into my schedule (Monday between 2 and 4) and told me she would call me to make sure I was home.On Monday, she called me a little after 2, and told me Mike would be there within 20 minutes.Mike came promptly 20 minutes later. He was terrific and explained exactly what he would look for and then explained what needed to be done. I learned a lot from him and he even told me how to follow up with my HOA.Thank you, Olin Plumbing, Judy, and Mike for excellent customer service!

My AC wasn’t giving out cool air. Technician Blake arrived on time and gave an evaluation of what went wrong and gave fair quote to replace the capacitor.

Horrible experience. We were advised we had a blockage and the camera could not pass through the blockage in the pipe. The plumber suggested we try a procedure that would cost 1550.00. When we contacted the company again- we were told the camera could not pass due to an “angle” issue and not a blockage.
*called a different plumber two hours later and they were able to pass the camera through the pipe and find the problem. I would strongly advise to stay away from this company.

Needed regular maintenance on my AC unit. Joshua W was our technician, he was prompt, extremely polite, and knowledgeable. He completed the service and replaced a part that was covered under warranty. I have always been very satisfied with Cornerstone Pros.
