They gave me options, priced them out, then explained what was necessary and why. Very helpful.

Outrageous prices! Changed a moen cartridge in my shower! $429.00 Then changed the drain and plate $359.00 Charged a service fee on top of these prices!$79.00 = 867.00 REALLY! My lawyer doesn’t charge this much!!!
After I complained, the best they would do is remove the service charge. Most plumbers that I’ve used, and I’ve used a few, would not include the service charge if choose to do the work. That being said, these itemized high prices are outrageous! Stay away from these people! I do not recommend them at all!!!
I must add that my tenant authorized this repair. This company claims they ask if they are the homeowner. Well! You didn’t ask him!!!’ I, the homeowner showed a up only after tenant freaked from price and ask me to come over.

After having a few no-show plumbers to fix a leak that kept getting worse, Flow Pros was super responsive, squeezed me in quickly. Two guys came, one who was training, and both were professional, pleasant, and knew their business. They also gave me multiple options for the faucet fix and actually recommended the cheaper option. Will definitely use them again if I need a plumber.

Never fun to have clogged drains…especially theones where the job is to big! When I scheduled they were fast and efficient and they called the next day saying they could be early! On arrival and during the job the tech was excellent and efficient. He took the time to keep me informed and was done in less than an hour! He was polite as well. Highly recommend!!!

The good: The diagnosis was almost instant and for the first time after calling 4 different plumbing companies I felt like someone understood what was wrong, and had a plan to fix it.

The worker who came by worked for 12hrs to fix the drain problem. It involved breaking open the slab, tearing out a shower pan and rebuilding a drain that was every of wrong. The p-trap was attached to another p-trap and that was attached to a drain pipe so clogged it had to just be cut. They replaced all of that and rebuilt the drain including updating it to the correct size drain for a shower.

Initially I was disappointed. In order to gain access to the needed plumbing they had to cut out a row of tile and the initial project plan didn't include a plan to replace or patch that. That was my own fault for not being more clear. I did feel the communication wasn't adequate and I have shared that feedback.

I reached out and didn't initially get a reply but after a few days I was outreached directly by the owner. He took the time to understand and offered a remediation plan that went beyond what was initially agreed to - just to make it right.

I didn't ultimately go with that plan as this whole project revealed deeper problems that need to be addressed more thoroughly but I did value the genuine offer and that the owner and associates here care so much about the customer experience.

Ultimately: I'm impressed. A company that takes responsibility and is willing to go over the ask to accomplish what's needed is rare and something that needs to be elevated. I value the outreach and the sincere effort to help with a situation that has been a nightmare since buying this house.

Hiring again: I would hire All-Pro again and here's why - they appear to take good care of their people, and the owner is willing to stake his reputation on the work they do. It's a level of accountability that isn't easily found, and that is worth celebrating.

Louis gave us excellent service! He and his colleague assessed the issue that we had with our toilet and provided us with a quick solution to our issue. He made sure to come back same day and get the toilet changed. He went above and beyond and we really appreciated his effort and great service!

The experience of using Plumb Great plumbing for the first time was impressive ! Charles was able to fix a clogged tub drain that a previous plumbing service could not. He rebuilt the the toilet tank that had flushing issues and did all this in the most professional way. He was very neat , clean and efficient in doing these repairs.
The quality and cost was better than any other plumber I had used in the past!
Charles is very personable and when he leaves you have met a forever friend and plumber you will always want back for any plumbing issues!

Despite how inconvenient plumbing problems are, Richard was a pleasure to work with.  Our toilets needed to be replaced, but when you have an old house other issues tend to present themselves. As the cost grew, Richard discounted what he could which resulted in a great deal of savings!

I called Dyser and got prompt courteous service. They did a great job, at a reasonable price and due to the COVID-19 sanitized what they had worked with and touched to clean up the area.
