Our water heater sprung a baby leak. Before it became a deluge we knew we needed to replace. We called a dozen places for estimates. All were at the $1200-$1400 range. These guys were just over a grand. They also talked us through the estimate, what was included and even allowed us to choose the replacement brand. We went with Rheem after doing research online and talking to them. They showed up perfectly on time (with a call in advance letting us know they were on the way). They said it would take about two hours. In two hours they were done. They even added a pan even though we technically didn’t need because the unit was in the garage. Delighted with them. I highly recommend.

This is the BEST company. Jared, the owner has been so responsive and answered a million questions for me on toilets (for ~ 2 weeks he put up with my questions) before I even signed the contract! THAT is good customer service and is only one of many reasons I chose them. I had another company who quoted me a slightly less price (like VERY slightly less) but I opted for Flow Pros because of everything they did for me and their obvious experience. Their tech Josh was the one who did the estimate and installed the 3 toilets and he couldn't have been nicer. He was also on time (for both the estimate and the installation). He clearly knows his stuff and was just such a good guy. Really pleased with the work. He was quick and thorough and kept everything super clean. I would DEFINITELY hire them again next time we need plumbing done. HIGHLY recommend.

Chris my technician did an excellent job for me. He was very professional and friendly and walked me through each step of getting my master drain unclogged. I would recommend Chris any time! He was on time and handled the whole job so well! He was very educated and knew exactly what he was doing. I’m so grateful I got such a great technician to help me with with my plumbing needs.

The experience of using Plumb Great plumbing for the first time was impressive ! Charles was able to fix a clogged tub drain that a previous plumbing service could not. He rebuilt the the toilet tank that had flushing issues and did all this in the most professional way. He was very neat , clean and efficient in doing these repairs.
The quality and cost was better than any other plumber I had used in the past!
Charles is very personable and when he leaves you have met a forever friend and plumber you will always want back for any plumbing issues!

I got 4 different estimates before I contacted these gentlemen to come out. They were the only company to sit down with me and tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. The team I had : Dennis and Eric, were always professional, kind and patient with me and I honestly will never use anyone else. They made me feel comfortable and confident about the work that was and needed to be done. They explained every step of the way and showed me what they were doing. We discovered a pipe leak in our wall at 5:30am. I called Dyser Plumbing and they returned my call by 8am and had a plumber at my house by 9:30am. They accessed the leak, determined the case of the leak and repaired the pipe in a matter of hours.
