Wish I could leave more than 5 stars. My wife is 9 months pregnant and Saturday afternoon we had a pipe break in our wall so had to turn off the water until it was fixed. Every other plumber was either busy or charged 100s just to come out since it was after hours. Not Llona. After calling in I received a call back within 30 minutes explaining when a tech could arrive. As expected it was a busy day for them but Orlay arrived at 8pm and didn't leave until the issue was fixed and we had running water again. So thankful for him and this business! We look forward to working with them on all our future plumbing needs.

We have used Tampa Bay Plumbing on numerous occasions. They are always on time, provide excellent service and have fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Fees are far greater than other competitors in the area. We were charged $250 for a toilet reset that other firms had quoted significantly less. Felt we were taken advantage of in the transaction simply because of the urgency of our situation. Would not recommend them.

I've been having issues with my shower leaking from the knobs and the shower head. Plus I couldn't turn the water in the shower off completely. I spoke with my spouse about it and she was like why don't we contact the company that installed our water heater. That's what I did. I contacted them made appointment for that Friday. They sent Mark S out for the service call. I explained to him what I needed. He was able to fix my toilet in my second bathroom sue to the tank never filled up correctly when another company replaces it for. Then he checked my shower explained once again what need . Provided me with the prices which were really reasonable. We set up the appointment to come back and fix my shower. Mark S. is very nice and get got the job done. I would recommend everyone to use Cornerstone Pros there the best!!!!

9/25/2018 - Tampa Bay plumbing came out for my routine septic tank inspection and clean out. As expected they were extremely professional and did a great job! Patrick and Jake are great technicians. The work that Dennis and Ron did was outstanding. They replaced old lighting with new LED recessed lighting and repaired a few electric light fixtures/switches. They noticed that one of the light covers/plate had a crack on it and they replaced it. They gave me a quote and did the work the same day. They even vacuumed the floor. John and his team saved the day! We had contracted with another company to line our old, cast-iron pipes and were guaranteed a quick and easy job that would take two days. Two weeks later, only a third of the job had been completed, and was completed poorly at that. John's company was called in to finish the job by the company we had contracted with, since they weren't able to handle our job. I ended up just working directly with John and it was smooth sailing after that. John had to correct the work that had already been done and then finish the rest of the pipes. He was on site each day and was very easy to communicate with. Pricing was VERY fair and ended up costing less than what we were originally quoted by the other company. I highly recommend John, especially if you want it done right the first time!
