Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

Busted my outside faucet allowing water to gush out all over my lawn. Called True Plumbers and got not only a quick response on the phone, but a repair person (John) was on premises way ahead of his scheduled time of arrival. The repair was done quickly and John was very professional.

I had my hotwater heater break. I called all around looking for a hot water heater to be installed at a reasonable price. By chance I ran into Bay Area Plumbing and they were able to save me big money. Not only did I get it installed professionally with the good quality work done by Mike and his assocaiates. But they were able to offer a fantastic price that met my budget. I would say five stars all the way. Strongly recommend this company.

Precisely on time. Had booties over his boots. Quoted us about $250 for the work plus a $39 service fee. We were told all the work would cost $211 when we scheduled the appointment. He called his company and they approved the lesser amount. Work was done well and took about 1h 15m.

I contacted Roto-Rooter to determine how much (if any) moisture there was in our walls and ceiling due to a leak that occurred during an air conditioner installation. Drew Jones contacted me and gave me a time window when he’d arrive. He arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Drew used a moisture meter as well as a moisture scanner to determine the extent of moisture in the specific areas. He also checked for moisture in another area for me unrelated to the air conditioner issue. Drew forwarded the appropriate information for me to pass on to the A/C contractor so that repairs can be made.I specifically contacted Roto-Rooter based on my previous experience with the company at my former home. I knew the moisture sensing equipment would give me a clear indication of the possible extent of moisture damage in this situation.

My daughter was having a problem replacing a cartridge in the valve to the handle that turns on water to the shower. She was told by a plumber that it was unfixable and she would need a new valve installed. The estimate was $1,300. Joey with Gulfshore Plumbers came to give a free estimate. Within a minute he inserted the cartridge correctly , replaced the handle and all was good. He refused to charge for this. Not only had he saved my daughter $1,300, but would not be compensated for doing so. Joey and Gulfshore Plumbers were a rare find and will always be our family's go to plumbers! Honesty and integrity define them!

What a great company ! My water heater stopped working 2 weeks ago. This company was recommended by a friend. I called & Marc Acker came out with in a couple of hours. I needed a new unit. The price was exceptional ! This was at 5 pm. I thought it might take some time to get one, but to my surprise he said I will see you around 8 am tomorrow , with in a couple of hours all done. Marc was very professional & very knowledgeable. Explained everything very well. I recommend this company whole heartedly. Wish there were more stars. Thank you for having a very honest business.
