Can't say enough good about Edenfield Plumbing. I have had them do services a couple of times and Mike and the crew are fantastic. Extremely punctual, always in touch, quick to respond when I call, not to mention the work is always done quickly and correctly, on time and under budget. They are the best in the 'biz'.

I won't look anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

Set an appointment for them to come out and give an estimate for some plumbing repairs on a house in Tampa, was told a plumber would be there some time between 10 and 12. Around 10:30, I got a text saying the plumber assigned to my job had taken another job in Dade City that morning and would likely be late getting to my house (great planning!), but definitely no later than 12:30. I explained I was on a tight schedule and needed to keep the time agreed to, but I'd wait until 12:30.
Sure enough, 12:30 rolls around with no plumber. I texted my contact and told them I was done waiting and would find another plumber. The reply I got was No problem, thanks for the opportunity. Not that an apology would have made a big difference at that point, but it seemed pretty childish to not take ownership of their scheduling issues.

Mark worked 16 hours and then got my call for a leaking toilet; he was efficient and neat, but most of all he was kind to me. I was devastated by the water leak. The whole team felt my frustration and even their wives empathized with me. Tim followed up with a courtesy call to check on my well being. I trust this team with my whole heart. Clogged toilet, they were professional and available same day, but quite pricey compared to others. $300 for a two min snake job. Other companies charge $79-$99 for the same service, but again they were the only ones available the day I needed.

In these trying times it's hard to find good quality plumbers or any other profession. We lucked out!!!!. We live in an RV full time and had a leak under the sink and also in the Hepvo Sanitary Waste Valve that needed to replaced. When we started to call plumbers everyone wanted over $`175.00 an hour on up and a trip charge. Charles called me right back in a timely manner and also got us on his book first thing Monday morning. We are here on the military base for work, temp and got him in with a Visitors Pass. He replaced the parts we needed and made new ones as the old parts were worn out. So professional and knowledgeable wish more people were like him and took care of others, including our military folks. If you need a great plumber this is the man and company for you. Ture to all the 5 star reviews are all real!!! Many thanks to you Charles for the help we so desperately needed. Your prices are fair and reasonable for the job.

Dyser Plumbing is a lifesaver. Caleb and Siriaco are the best! They know their stuff.

We had Sylus as our tech and he did a great job describing what he was doing and what was needed. We discovered we needed repiping and would need another tech to complete the project. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend them and use them again.

We had a home emergency on a day it snowed. They were out to do the work within an hour of the phone call. Our technician Andy was professional and very helpful. The price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend them

We felt like we were misled, what appeared to be an estimate turned out to be a contract they would not change even though the City ended up doing a majority of the work. Management was defensive when I explained how we felt. The quality of the plumbing work was very good but cost for materials seemed marked up. Their post-project work (putting sod back) was sloppy.

Frank worked quickly yet carefully. He and his assistant installed a new sink and news drinking fountains for our school. I appreciated how he kept me informed of the progress. I will definitely call Advance again.
