I called Alvarez Plumbing around 2:30 with an emergency plumbing back up in my bath room. Within an hour Barry & Sam arrived at the time that they advised me of. They immediately did a thorough diagnosis, & explained what they thought the probably was. They also gave me an estimate of the potential cost & told me of a 10% senior citizens discount. Once they started the removal of the toilet ,the job was completed in less than 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. That included thoroughly cleaning their work area. I would definitely recommend Alvarez Plumbing.

This was on a Saturday and I had already called several plumbing companies with no response and one that responded about 4 hours later, but Jake from 1st Choice had already repaired it! We called Anthony Gennaro Plumbing after discovering there was an issue with our drains when we installed a new washer. They scheduled an appointment for the following morning. James was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain why we were having certain issues and explained not only what he would do in this visit but what we could do in the future to prevent a repeat problem.
