Scam artists! They were hired to do a job… install grease trap, water heater and other plumbing jobs. They failed to complete this, the trim out, etc. One of the owners or managers called yelling and screaming threatening to remove permit if all the money wasn’t paid up front, even though there was a contract clearly stating payment terms. As soon as they got the money they disappeared and never came back. This is the type of company that gives all contractors a bad name. Stay away.

Tried to charge us double labor for installing washer dryer hoses resulting in an incomplete job. They saw we had 4 lines rather than 2, installed the two, made me pay for the job, said they would call me Monday, I eventually called them on Wednesday when I still did not receive a call and was told I would get a call back, had to call again Thursday for a job scheduled on Friday. Was told it would be $160 to finish the job and to come back and would have to pay for labor again.

Scheduled my appointment for next day to have my electrical fixed. I received a call and a text telling me that the technician was on his way. Samuel arrived within the scheduled time. He was pleasant, respectful and explained everything in an understandable manner. Completely satisfied. Will definitely use again.
