In an area with a large amount of pedestrian traffic an Alpine plumbing van , pulling a trailer , went speeding through my neighborhood. Bad enough that he is speeding, even worse that it’s in a vehicle with a company name plastered on the side

I called Cornerstone for what I thought was a shower pipe leaking into my downstairs kitchen. They sent out Kurtis, and he thoroughly looked for water damage and whether it was the pipes or shower pan damaged. He found that neither were the issue and that the shower glass walls most likely need to be re-sealed… which means no demoing any walls or floors! He was very respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Jack has been a blessing through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and patient with my 50 million questions. He always returns phone calls and has taken care of every need. Replumbed my property and forgot to drop one of the lines to the outside water line no call back to come out and repair and fix it I would not ever use them again

My toilet was leaking. I called Titan and they answered the phone right away and gave me an appointment for 8am the next morning. The Technician, Tim arrived on time. My toilet was not able to be repaired so Tim replaced it. Tim was very professional and did an outstanding job installing the toilet and cleaning up after. I will definitely use Tital again if I'm in need of plumbing services.

Mike arrived on time and ready to start. He inspected the area around the toilet and found obvious signs of a leak. He gave us a written estimate which we thought was fair and once approved started the repair.
Mike was very thorough and continually cleaned the area where he was working. He was friendly and informative. The work was finished in a reasonable time. We were pleased with the entire process and would recommend Joe Cool and Mike.

If you want something done right, go to Trenchless. Everyone is stunned to hear they need a new cast iron pipe. You immediately think, they have to dig under the house! Not true. The owner John educate calmed me down after explaining the process. The gentlemen that he sent to do the job were professional. They pulled up at the time stated and started working. Very Important to us is that workers don’t leave a mess. When they were finished with the last part, the bathroom, I heard them cleaning it. Companies just don’t do this kind of service anymore. The guys were happy to work. They were polite and here with a purpose. No dragging feet. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our company had a few toilet clog and drain issues as of recently. The company we normally used (based out of Tampa, also a well-known national brand) said the issue was in the lines and gave us a quote of $2,900 for a recommended Descale and HydroJet service. We reached out to a few other companies, and received quotes for the service we were told we needed. Upon speaking Brian and Jerry from PP, we went with PP as they not only worked the most efficiently with our schedule, but had a clear cut proposal that really broke down the price (on what was recommended by the original company we called), and sent the proposal to us within the hour.

Upon arrival, Matt and his apprentice Ben, did not waste any time. They worked together, locating the cleanout to perform a camera service so they could better evaluate the situation prior to execution (super smart, as most companies just dive head-in). After using the camera, Matt went over the results with the head of maintenance and the property manager, showing that there was no build up after all, and explained the issue and the steps to not only prevent the issue but why the issue happened in the first place, and showed him the camera feed as he explained.

If we would have hired the original company, we would have been paying for a service that was not even needed in the first place. Matt from Peninsular Plumbing not only saved us money, but provided honest, friendly, and thorough service. Extremely well rounded company as a whole.
