The job was done fine but it's clear they overcharge. The prices are ridiculous for the services offered. They’re on the highest end possible for all services. Additionally, the 100$ service charge whether or not services are accepted is akin to forcing customers to accept awful prices or suffer a 100$ loss. This feels especially criminal as it is not explained before the technician shows up. Even if a customer found an honest and fair company to use afterwards with the blanket 100$ charge it makes the prospect unattractive, which is I'm sure, the company's intent.

Personally, the technician diagnosed that a 12$ component had failed. And charged 400$ to replace it. Took the man all of 10 minutes. I tried to argue the ridiculous price and even referred to other companies’ prices for such services and he just kept saying, cost of doing business”

Scam artists! They were hired to do a job… install grease trap, water heater and other plumbing jobs. They failed to complete this, the trim out, etc. One of the owners or managers called yelling and screaming threatening to remove permit if all the money wasn’t paid up front, even though there was a contract clearly stating payment terms. As soon as they got the money they disappeared and never came back. This is the type of company that gives all contractors a bad name. Stay away.

Maurice came and accessed my kitchen sink issues. He was knowledgeable about it and I ordered a new faucet because I don't drive and couldn't go buy one which was also an option available. We scheduled and he came right back and installed. Love it and he was so polite also.

Called Red Cap to repair a leaking shower head. After calling for service giving my name and address , I got a return call in less than 10mins informing me that a technician Josh would be arriving between 9am - 9:30am. Truck pulled up at 9:01..no joke. because that was the time on my text to my husband that they had pulled up. Josh explained all the work he would be doing and covered all cost options. He was very knowledgeable on the fixture based on the age of house and detailed exactly how to fix problem. This is my third dealing with Red Cap and have never been disappointed with service.

My AC went out on what seemed like the hottest day of the year! They scheduled Victor to come out between 12 and 2, and he arrived at around 11 AM which was great because we were dying of the heat. He found the issue and corrected it and we’re on our way to a cool day!

This pulled me to a completely different plumber I believe this is appears to be a fraudulent account the actual and this address appears to be for a Dollar tree
