Best Gas Piping in Seattle WA

I have been trying to get Joey to call me for multiple weeks in follow up to a first attempt at fixing our issue and have not received contact despite multiple requests via their main office. What was a great experience in person when the project started has turned extremely negative

I will call them again in a heartbeat if I need to have any plumbing work done.

The estimate provided was very competitive. The agreed work scope changed a little as the job progressed over the 3 days. This was a complete repiping of my 1950 two level home. The work included the pipe to the street. The repiping was completed in one day with the water off just a couple hours. The remaining 2 days involved the City, and patching of drywall, which cost extra. The workmen pointed out some additional drain and shower valve issues and completed these at an additional cost. I would 10/10 use this company again!

Drew and his journeyman came to give us an estimate on our bathroom remodel. Drew was very knowledgeable and professional. He also did a great job explaining what his plan was. We did not end up using Craftsman Plumbing because the bid was over our budget.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Damstrom Renovation LLC had been working with Prima Plumbing since 2004. Their service and professionalism are unmatched!

Jacob and his crew are always great. For my first experience, he responded quickly, made it out as soon as possible despite his busy schedule and answered all my questions. When issues popped up, he resolved them and got the job done. He even suggested a couple of things that would add value for me at minimal cost.

A different time, when an outdoor spigot was leaking into my house, another member of his team came to my house (he was actually early, but didn’t mind waiting for me), and quickly made the repair, coming in under the estimated time.

Steve installed a tankless (on demand) gas water heater for us, relocated the gas piping, and installed new venting and a recirculating pump. Service was excellent, timely, and very professional at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
