They called ahead to check it was okay for Josh to show up a tad early. The new hose spigots look fine and work properly. The work place was left clean. He answered questions well and didn't mind me watching the work. The price tag was a bit of a gulp, but it's not work I could/would do myself.

Had Josh out to service a furnace before putting my place on the market. I was very happy with the work done. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions. He had the part and tools to make an unexpected fix efficiently on the spot. No complaints. I will be using 2 Sons again for future furnace or plumbing needs.

Don't buy their claim that they are available 24/7. We had an emergency toilet overflow issue and after three hours of waiting around, we called back only to discover they claimed not to have any record of our appointment. Start freakin if you call Beacon. Recommend you go elsewhere.

Outside faucet wouldn't shut off, so hose to street dumping at full capacity. Pioneer's office said they were booked today, but got Will to come over for a look. Will solved the problem efficiently, quickly, and saved my day.

Roto Rooter is not cheap but they show up on time, service a rural area like ours without complaint or delay, and do the work right. Our plumber Doc went out of his way to give us exactly what we wanted and needed but was equally upfront about the expense. We appreciate both the excellent work and the clear communication.

Jeremy was personable, professional, fast. I called around nine am. He arrived at 11 as planned. By 12:30 the sewer line was cleared, cleaned, and scoped. I saw the video (and later on you tube). Price was as estimated, and very reasonable. I recommend Bob Oats to all my friends.

I was charged $464 to replace a hose bibb that had a slow leak. I looked the part up online and the cost is less than $20. So the plumbers 15-20 minutes to unscrew and replace the part cost almost $444. Totally outrageous!! They don't charge per hour--they charge by the JOB so they can charge excessive amounts and take advantage of the customer. Before the plumber left my home I was assured that the problem was resolved. That evening (within a couple hours of the plumber leaving) the faucet started leaking again! I contacted the company the next morning and was assured that the plumber would be to my home between 2 and 4pm that day. Of course, the plumber never showed up and when I called, I was told they were backed up and would have to come back at another time. I will NEVER EVER use them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. The company uses deceptive pricing and gouges you! My recommendation to you--call someone else!! They should have zero stars.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
