Best Water Line Repairs in Seattle WA

We've used Fox Plumbing a handful of times and have never been disappointed. From the time I place the call to schedule, to the point of job completion - everyone is friendly, professional, and committed to quality work - at a fair price. I wouldn't use another plumbing service.

hot water tank went out and flooded our utility room. they got to me pretty quick. they were very respectful of our home all the way down to putting little wheel covers on the hand truck to not get the carpet dirty. love these guye. they rock. Thank you Anthony.

We had flooding of our basement and thought that we probably needed a French drain installed, which is super costly. We called Emerald City Plumbing and Wayne came out and looked at what was happening and figured out that the problem was with the rain coming off of the roof. Our downspouts were missing or not well directed. They repaired them and diverted all of the water out to the street instead of the foundation of our house, where it was previously going. They also dug some soil out next to our house and sealed the wall outside.

Throughout the process they kept us in the loop. They don't do work inside, but Wayne suggested what we needed done and he even came to check on the interior once we had the sheet rock removed. He was then able to see that we had a leak from a crack between the window where the water was entering the wall.

We were so impressed by him and his whole team! So professional and responsive.

Jeremy from Jim Dandy showed up on time, was very professional, and fixed my problem right away! Will definitely call Jim Dandy next time I need a plumber!

Nick and his team were clean, courteous and were able to do the work quickly. They repiped our house in one day and when he realized they had forgotten to repair the drain pipe for the washer Nick called immediately to let me know so that I wouldn't use the washing machine until they had come back asap to correct the mistake. They even made time to correct a bad decision we had made about keeping a faucet when they returned.
Bottom line: They provided us with good service and great value.

Their team replaced the waterline to my Seattle house with 1 copper, installed a new heavy duty shut off valve, and bolted everything to the concrete foundation. Looks great and works great. I had a toilet that was semi-plugged up. I tried everything and couldn't get it to open up. So next step call a plumber. I called Fritz, he got back to me right away. He explained that he could make it out but I might try to clear it myself. He gave me a brief tutorial of how to do it over the phone. I gave it a shot and it worked. Turned out to be an apple juice packet my 2 year threw down the toilet. DOH!!
At any rate, I appreciate his helpfulness, integrity and service. I will call him again for any drain service I may need in the future.

We contacted SF after our home inspection sewer scope revealed a crack in the sewer line. Bursting the pipe around 2 90 degree turns with a total run of almost 125', their work preserved my deck frame and saved thousands vs. retrenching. Their bid was quick and fair. While the workers were great and quality good, I thought their charges were incredibly high. $850.00 to replace the insides of two toilets. Flush and fill valves can be bought for $20.00. We live in a downtown condo and they were recommended by the concierge as the usual plumber had retired. I think I was taken advantage of but I paid!!!
