Had sewer smell emitting from one of my bedroom sinks, and couldn't for the life of me figure it why. The technician came and quickly diagnosed the issue as a broken mechanical vent, got a replacement part, and installed the replacement, all within an hour and at a reasonable price. The technician, Austyn, was timely, courteous, professional and took the time to explain what had happened, what the fix would entail and tips to prevent repeat and how to do repair myself going forward. Arash (owner) answered my phone call on a chilly Saturday morning as an external hose bib on my house was failing from a freeze the night before. He arrived for a same day replacement. Arash was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

I needed a sewer location and video capture on fairly short notice, and was helped by Andrew. He was on time, very friendly and professional, and got the job done efficiently in spite of a tricky sewer cleanout configuration. Jim Dandy was also very helpful in accommodating a last minute schedule change I had to make. I’d definitely recommend Jim Dandy to other homeowners in need of this service, and plan to go back to them for my future plumbing needs.

Simon arrived on time and persisted until he sourced my leak. This was determined to be in a very difficult position and deep in the ground. He not only helped source a repair team, but involved the local Enumclaw Water Utility team. The repair was completed exactly where Simon said the leak existed.

I used Zoltan to help me plumb an existing shower that I demo'ed. Zoltan caught a few code violation issues that I didn't catch which was well worth of his services. Zoltan is a Master Plumber and highly skilled. I am in the construction industry as well and Zoltan is the best residential plumber I've worked with in the Seattle area. I have elected to sole source to Zoltan for my future new construction projects.

Sharif and his team were excellent in our sewer work repair. I felt they were very honest and did great work. I received bids from other companies that were $10,000 more and suggested work that did not need to be done. They went above and beyond the call of duty, helping us with some other plumbing issues at no cost. They were recommended by a friend who also had a good experience. Only does drain cleaning, but doesn't install sewage ejector pumps. But Fritz answered immediately, gave lots of helpful pointers, and quoted drain cleaning at a price significantly less than large-company plumbers. I'll use him next time I need a blockage taken out!
