You could hear water running, but 3 people prior to Fox Plumbing couldn't find the leak. The leak was fixed and I was given information about the galvanized pipe that my house has and some options for replacing it. Jerrod N was awesome - great customer service, friendly and informative! After unsuccessfully trying myself to unclog my sink/garbage disposal, I called a plumber who could only come the next day. When I asked if he would recommend another plumber who might be able to help me, he said to try 2 Sons The gave me a time slot of 2-5 the same day. When 4:00 neared, I got a phone call from them to reassure me the plumber would still come. As the time neared 5:00 I got a second call saying he was running late but would I still like him to come. I appreciated the updates & certainly was happy to get my kitchen sink back in working order that day. Alex was friendly and efficient even after a long day. He explained what he would be doing and how much it would cost before starting to work. Fortunately the problem was not difficult to solve, and the bonus was I got the senior discount! Thank you Alex and 2 Sons!

The guy showed up an hour and a half late. No “phone call 30 minutes before”. Then he proceeded to tell me he can’t do the work from inside the house or in the crawl space. (the only clean-outs that I have)

Had a long-standing issue with our sinks that we thought was going to be a real nightmare. Plumber gave it a look, came back in a week with the proper tools, and took care of things in under a few hours at a very reasonable price. Great service!

I could not believe what wonderful service I got,. They re-piped my house . Such pleasant plumbers, so considerate and friendly. 4 certified plumbers and 2 helpers converged on my house around 9:00am and set to work. They finished at 1:45pm. You could tell they knew what they were doing, they scattered and went to work, The man in charge, was everywhere seeing that things were done right,(sorry I can't remember their names, ) Thier price was reasonable and their work was excellent . I can't say enough for them and I will be recommending them to all my friends when they need a plummer.

My toilet was leaking into the office below. On the plus side, they came quickly for a same day repair, and repaired it quickly and effectively. On the minus side, they charged between 2-3 times what appears to be the national average for the job (charged me $600 for replacement of wax ring seal, typically a $150-200 job). I did not have time to research the cost as I was trying to get repair done between seeing back to back psychotherapy clients, and couldn't wait to get another bid as it was leaking into downstairs space. Only afterward did I find out this was highway robbery. I've called 3 times to resolve, have only been told that because it was a singular job it cost more (?), and am still waiting to hear back from supervisor. Not OK.

Burst hose bib stopped Spring yard cleanup. Called O’Neill and they were on-site in under 90 minutes, replacing the hose bib in under an hour, despite the difficulty of working from a crawl space.

Watertite Plumbing was fantastic to deal with for replacing all of the old galvanized plumbing in our house. Sharif was responsive to my request for an estimate and provided one promptly. He also recommended only what was necessary and helped figure out which lines should be replaced. The cost was reasonable for very good quality work. They did an excellent job on replacing the lines and tried to do as little wall damage as possible to open up the walls for access to the lines. They also kept everything clean as they worked. Sharif was patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing for honest, quality work.

Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. We had a backed up kitchen sink late in the afternoon, and I called Ready Rooter. They had a couple of service people out in less that an hour! Richard and Santino were friendly and professional, they explained the options and costs clearly, and quickly cleaned out the drainpipe.
The whole operation was quick and easy and the price was quite fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

I had a simple clogging that took little time for Jason to fix. The reason I am particularly happy about their professionalism is that they pointed out two other potential problems about other parts of my side sewer line. I know for a fact that the service my neighbor used earlier this year didn't catch the bigger problem in the shared part of the sewer connection. This just shows genuine care on the side of Sewer Friendly.

I replaced my sewer line, including the connection to the city main about 110' overall. Paul and team used both pipe bursting as well as a liner (to the street). When I compared to other quotes Paul's experienced team completed the work in four days, less than 1/2 the time quoted by others. The team includes employees who have worked for Paul for over 18 years and their experience shows up as being efficient, competent and capable. This is hard work and the team worked hard starting first thing in the morning and not leaving till the completed the expected work and closed up any openings. They insured we weren't without service for more than about 4 hours. I found that their prices were very competitive, and they give a high level of confidence the work will get done right the first time. I recommend that you stay in touch with the team a couple of times a day to find out how progress is going, address any concerns and stay on top of any impacts to your use of the sewer main. Paul is always very quick to respond if now answering his phone anytime you call him. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

I love Joe the Plumber and recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services in the Seattle area. Joe has done a handful for projects for me and has always been great to work with and great at what he does. Joe has also been fabulous as a resource - recently I embarked on a small plumbing installation of my own and even then he reached out and answered questions for me and talked me through the procedure free of charge. Yesterday, I called Dusty, the owner, at Craftsman Plumbing as I needed a fill valve in my toilet. He scheduled me for next day service. Cameron came out promptly at 8a.m. He was extremely competent, courteous and completed the job quickly. I couldn't be happier with the service.
Craftsman's rates seem very competitive and were lower than two other companies I called.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
