Local company with honest advice.

Had an AC repair that needed to be done and the Seattle Sewer Company did a fantastic job. We were especially impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. The repair was done quickly and efficiently and at a price that was within our budget.

Worst experience ever! I called Beacon to fix a leaking shower in September 2022. They did not have the right shower screen on the truck that day (but replaced it with what they had) and told me to contact them if I still had issues. My shower continued to leak, so I set up 4 different appointment windows with them and was NO SHOWED every single time. No call from the tech either with any explanation. After I complained, they randomly sent a tech out when I didn't even set up an appointment for someone to come to my apartment. I asked for a refund and they have put me through the run around. They are trying to place blame back on me that I denied the tech who showed up at 9am---yeah because the appointment WAS NEVER scheduled with me and I was done with Beacon at this point! Also now they can't be certain that the issue is due to Beacon's workmanship and that I will not be refunded. Absolutely ridiculous. As someone who is also a business owner , this is completely unacceptable. If they don't refund me the $963 that I was charged to put in the wrong shower screen, then I will be going to my credit card company.

This is the third plumbing company we’ve had out to our house since we bought it last Sept, and we finally have a winner! Pioneer was originally recommended by our real estate agent, but when our hot water tank failed eight days after we bought the house, Pioneer couldn’t come out for over a week. Since we obviously couldn’t go that long without hot water, we went with another company that could do the work in a couple days. While we now have an on-demand system, it was installed improperly and had to be fixed again – yikes. So when we had a subsequent pressure problem, we called a different company. The problem was resolved, but the plumber was very salesman-y for some additional work. When our disposal stopped working, I decided it wasn’t urgent and I’d wait for Pioneer to send someone out. So glad we did. The plumber quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained to me what happened, and told me the disposal was otherwise fine after unjamming it - saving me what I thought would be a pricy replacement. He was respectful, helpful, and punctual. Would definitely call Pioneer again first.

Expensive and ineffective. Next time I will call a real plumber instead.My toilet backed up while wife was out. Roto-Rooter agreed to come and give an estimate. They noticed water in the outside line - $540 estimate. In a rash moment I accepted and 1/2 hour later my immediate problem was fixed before wife returned home. As I signed the bill I was reminded that Roto-Rooter does not guarantee their work They never checked any other part of my plumbing, so 2 weeks later I did what I should have done in the first place - I called a real plumber who fixed the problem in the line leading to the outside drain.A real plumber can do anything that Roto-rooter can do and will fix the real problem for less.

Simon came out the same day I called about our main water line break. He detected the leak and was able to repair it 2 days later. He showed me the broken pipe and the how he repaired it. The whole time spent took about 3 hours. The price was was 50% less than a quote I received from a plumbing company!! Excellent work. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Leak Detection.

Perfect example of Unprofessional. Never showed for confirmed appointment - waited 1 hour, called, and texted with no response. I called Sewer Inspections NW today at 2 pm for a sewer scope, to be completed today in North Seattle. Joey called me back and said he could complete the sewer scope at 4:30 pm. I sent him the info he requested. He never showed up or returned texts or phone calls. He put my client in a tough spot and was completely unreliable for us.

Todd was responsive and quick to schedule. Once he arrived, he was in and out within an hour and was friendly and thorough! Report was sent same day and pricing was comparable to other quotes from the area.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency this past weekend when we split a pipe messing with our outdoor spigot. Mike from O'Neill was able to come out and get everything fixed up within a couple hours. It was a beautiful Saturday and considering we're in the middle of a pandemic, we definitely needed our water running so we could keep up with our hand washing. Mike was also able to take a look at our other outdoor spigot and find a quick fix for that too. We now have running water and TWO working spigots. The cost was reasonable and Mike was friendly, professional and did great work. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job at a weekend for my sewer block water overflow problem. Though the condition was bad, they still did not give up and troubleshot the problem. After the job was done, they also provided several options for the next step restoration.

Great service, on time and very knowledgeable. Showed up early and very friendly!

I am a home owner and a landlord, so I have had experience with plumbers and dealing with sewers. Wasn't quiet sure at first about the man of few words. Then he quoted my job, made a couple of jokes and did the best most efficient job ever! He was timely, had hard workers and was the best price outta my 3 bids. Super pleased. I highly recommend Paul and his crew.

Joe with Simple Plumber has done two jobs for me. He fixed a leaky toilet with complicated plumbing by rebuilding the interior toilet. Most recently he fixed a broken sink and dishwasher. His work is high quality and he is a very nice guy! I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Chuck and team are the best. I have and old house in Ballard with a “sensitive” sewer line. I’ve used Green Lake Sewer and Drain for many years to clean the line, add a cleanout, etc.

They are professional, friendly, effective and their pricing is very fair. I’ve used the other big names in the area - but these guys are far and away a better option.

Evan was amazing. He came over to fix a small leak at my expansion tank for my water heater. He was friendly and made the process very understandable. Will use again and highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Even though I explained to the person answering the phone that we needed a camera, they sent a technician without one. Then, 2 hours later when the tech with the camera came. he only had a large camera so we were not able to completely solve our problem. He was however very helpful in helping us narrow down the problem and I believe we will be able to fix it.

Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

Rick came up with a novel solution to my friend's ponding problem. He suggested a concrete cutter could do it for under $400.00 and he would waive his overhead. Regardless, he called the cutter to make sure of the cut. Ingenious solution to an otherwise expensive problem. I'm writing to thank him as the alternative involved me doing a lot of digging!
