Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Swindlers first & foremost, I went with Beacon Plumbing because they were the only company out of the 5 I dialled that could do same day service. I reached them at 10:00am, I agreed to the ludicrous $75 estimation fee only because I asked them if there were any other same day or emergency fees, to which they stated no, there were not. I got a call @ 7:45pm telling me he just finished a job 10 mins from my home and he was on his way, he got to my home @ 8:00pm and presented me with an estimate for $1255.30 before tax. This seemed high to me and as I questioned him about the price he offered that I could refuse the service, pay the $75.00 and he'd leave. At this point I'd waited all day in a flooded house and agreed to the extortion. THIS IS THEIR SHADY BUSINESS MODEL. Afterwords I had a job done by a DIFFERENT company to fix another leak that occurred during the remodel of the same house, same configuration of a T section of the same kind of pipe... The DIFFERENT company charged me $300.00 before tax FOR THE SAME JOB!!! My advice, if it's not an emergency, CALL SOMEONE ELSE AND SAVE YOUR $$$$$$$$$$$

great company, great staff. They came in with the right answers, knew exactly what needed to be done, and made me feel like the situation was under control. This was not the case when the leak first started. Highly recommended for anybody needing plumbing work in the Seattle area.

Our service tech Chhaylee came out on a Sunday afternoon, right before the super bowl! He was super nice and pretty cool in comparison to some other service techs we've had from other industries. Our kitchen sink was backed up and took him 2 hours to fix, but he did it and we are so grateful!

Perfect example of Unprofessional. Never showed for confirmed appointment - waited 1 hour, called, and texted with no response. I called Sewer Inspections NW today at 2 pm for a sewer scope, to be completed today in North Seattle. Joey called me back and said he could complete the sewer scope at 4:30 pm. I sent him the info he requested. He never showed up or returned texts or phone calls. He put my client in a tough spot and was completely unreliable for us.

Todd met all of my expectations and hopes for why I set the appointment with Sound Sewer Inspection. My sewer's situation was precarious at best and having Todd's knowledge and helpfulness completely eased my mind and temporarily solved my current predicament. SSI recommended a long term solution that was affordable and worth trying in order to avoid digging/replacement plumbing project. Todd was professional, courteous and quick to respond to communication and follow-up. I would highly recommend him to any homeowner or prospective home buyer.

Great experience both times I had O'Neill help me with a repair. The plumbers appeared to be experts in their field and were very courteous and friendly. The pricing appears to be fair and the job was done right. I will use again.

These guys were great- 100% would recommend. They arrived quickly to fix some offsets in my sewer- first the manager came and scoped out the job, and he impressed me by how well he knew the code and what was going on in the house. Their quote was also the best I got. The next day two friendly guys came to get it done. They helped connect me with an HVAC company for moving my AC unit. When a week later we found a leak due to a hidden pipe that wasn't to code just under the house, they arrived immediately and spent the whole day fixing it, without charging me, doing excellent work. Nice guys, good prices, extremely reliable- great service.

Basement was flooded. Colin came over within half an hour of our call and sent a camera down the sewer line where he found it was not the cause. He came in, looked at the basement drainage and made several smart suggestions as to what I should do. His work was free! I can't speak highly enough of this business.

It's such a relief to have Joe to turn to for plumbing issues. I recently discovered a leak under my kitchen sink, thanks to the water alarm that kept it from becoming a bigger problem. There are several plumbers that are rated highly here in West Seattle but the reviews for Simple Plumber spoke to Joe's consistent integrity and skills, both of which are important to me. It's clear that his clients trust him -- trust that I see is well deserved.

When he arrived, he promptly diagnosed the issue as an aging (11-year- old) failing faucet. He recommended his three top brands, and I called my favorite hardware store (Junction True Value) to see if they had any in stock. They had all three brands and were waiting for him when he arrived a few minutes later. He selected a terrific faucet and then immediately got to work installing it when he got back.

In addition to doing excellent work, he recommended some other service people, who I will call on as well. Some of the most helpful tips concerned what to look for when repairing/lining a sewer, which I'll need to do at some point in the next several years. I had just gotten conflicting reports from a couple different companies. Joe recommended a company I was not familiar with, and told me that the lining comes in two thicknesses -- one super thin and the other quite a bit thicker. He said that if we don't specify that we want the thicker lining, companies will often install the thin one, which doesn't hold up nearly as long. But instead of lining, he strongly recommended pipe bursting for a fix that will last decades. I also learned from him that hydro-jetting is much easier on the sewer pipe than grinding (which had been recommended to me by someone else). All of this was extremely helpful information.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Evan was great. There were some challenges installing a new water heater in a 120 year old house but he handled everything with a great attitude and the work was top-notch. Highly recommend.

We have hired Mr Rooter now for multiple jobs including redoing two of our toilets, repairing the pipe leading to our septic tank, adding a clean out, and a bunch of other little things. Every individual we’ve interacted with from the initial phone call to the work on-site was professional, friendly, efficient, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber!

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!
