Repipe Specialists were completely professional, from estimate to job completion and follow-up. They were completely truthful that the job really did only take one day for our house. Their team was highly skilled and dedicated, and a pleasure to work with. We are so glad to be rid of our old galvanized pipe and the water is flowing faster even than expected. Bobby T and his team are the absolute best! I don’t think we will ever use any other plumber. We’ve had him come out a few times, with services that need to be done as soon as possible. He was always very responsive and able to make it work. Tonight he came out to fix an outside water spigot that had burst. We had to turn off the water main and so he wanted to come out to fix it as soon as possible so that we would have our water back on. He was able to work quickly and come up with a very good solution to make it work and get our water back on. It was very affordable! Especially after having to use Beacon Plumbing a few years ago for a similar service and getting charged over five times as much as what they quoted us over the phone. I very much appreciate his business ethic and quality work. If you’re looking for a plumber don’t look any further than Bobby T! He’s your guy!! Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

Within a few hours I had two guys out here to help me. I am totally clueless to all that kind of stuff. They didn't make me feel stupid at all. The were very friendly and helpful with helping me understand what they were doing and why. Now I have clean running water. Only 4/5 because it was a little pricey.

I live close by so I was able to have them stop by to quote within a day. Josh and James stopped by and were very honest with me right away. I have old plastic pipes and a pinhole had formed in one right were it attaches to a T fitting in the wall. They were worried about more damage and cracking from doing extensive work cutting out the fitting and putting in new piping since the pipes are old and prone to this. They gave me a sealant to apply several coats over the next couple of days for free and called it good. No charge. They were honest, friendly, and no BS. I will be using Wezee for any future plumbing needs. You guys rock! Thank you!

I called at 9 in the morning and they made it a priority to see me the same day. I got a two hour window, but a 30 minute curtesy call to let me know they were on their way which I really appreciated as I'm a mom of a young kid. Mac was friendly, quick, and efficient. If I have any more issues, these guys will be my first call!

Mr. Rooter man showed up, on time. Took a look at the situation, actually apologized for having to charge what he needed to and then proceed to fix the problem and showed me how to fix it next time if it should happen again. No up sales or complicated technical talk. In and done in less then 20 minutes. Will definitely call in again if needed.

I contacted Kevin at Leak Masters after weeks of trying to determine why our community water association was experiencing significant water pressure loss. We suspected a large leak was the cause but had not been successful at locating it. After one household lost water I contacted Kevin and he came out on an emergency call. He looked over our well house and utilized a listening device on the pipes around the well house. He walked the water line with us and used his device at every location where we had exposed water lines. He checked the water pressure at every house. He identified one vacant home as a possible cause due to what he heard utilizing his device. He suggested we contact the owner to get into the home to check for leaks. He also pointed out that the drain field for that home was quite green and since the home had been vacant for some time and it had been a dry summer, this seemed unusual. When I finally located the property management company and was able to get into and under the house we found the leak immediately. It was very large and was bubbling like a fountain. Our community association members stepped up and we were able to cut and cap the water line. Once that was done the water pressure returned to normal. I'm thankful that Kevin was able to help us pinpoint the cause of our problems.

Weezee’s helped us out a couple of times and I highly recommend them — office staff are responsive and helpful, plumbers have been professional and took time to walk us through decision points.

The first call to Mike's was a couple of months ago. We smelled that awful sewer smell near the bathroom, but when I called, he asked if I could tell where it was coming from. Of course, then I couldn't smell anything! Instead of coming out, charging for a visit, and not finding anything, he said if the smell returned, give them a call. Fast forward to today, they came out the check out slow hot water from the kitchen faucet. Fixed and out the door! Professional, listened, and did the job. Call them, you will not be disappointed!

Best Plumbing was able to dispatch a plumber within 6 hours for a non-emergency repair. For MY security, appreciate that I received a text with a photo and name of the plumber once he was enroute to my home. Kurt made suggestions re: repair with cost of each, and leaking valve was quickly repaired. I'm one satisfied repeat customer.

I don’t know where to start with this review in all honesty.

They displayed some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced. The man who came out to assess the issue made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He is not someone I want back in my home.

I don’t appreciate being a female alone in my house with an angry man who’s a stranger.

Upon arrival he was very agitated, angry, and rude. Things went downhill from there, as I had to interact with him more.

The issue that he needed to fix is some shelving had been put in the garage incorrectly. We have been meaning to remove it but haven’t yet. Well it turns out that the person who put in the shelving had put a nail throw a pipe and it’d finally rusted.

The house I live in is a rental. My landlord had told me he wanted the plumber to contact him directly before any repairs.
The plumber said he needed to call his company and asked me to call my landlord.

Instead I called my husband as he had spoken with the plumber and the landlord about this issue. As, originally, he was going to be home for the plumber but then couldn’t. My husband had confirmed the landlord had told the plumber to directly call him. I told the plumber this.

He yelled at me that he “already had and can’t wait around all day.”
Which is ridiculous because I had heard him on the phone with the company or someone beforehand so he could’ve only called maybe a minute prior. I know time is money but there is a professional way to handle things: 1. Don’t raise your voice 2. There are a million more professional ways to word that.

He then in an accusatory way asked “if I had put up the shelving”. His tone implying you idiot why’d you do this.

We did not put in the shelving and nor did my landlord.

My landlord then called the plumber. The plumber spoke to him in an aggressive, rude, belittling way. Almost as how a fed-up parent who isn’t great at parenting would talk to a child.

I could hear my landlords voice and it sounded calm the whole time.
The plumber also accused my landlord of the nail in the same disrespectful manner. Which I don’t really understand why he cares, maybe it makes him happy to shame other people for mistakes? Who knows? Again, it is fine to address the issue but be professional about it.

Anyway, the plumber and my landlord are on the phone. I can hear my landlord saying he is going to go with someone else for the job.

The plumber raises his voice saying “gooood luuuuuck finding anyone else.”

Which I don’t really get because there are a million plumbers out there but okay?

He then turns to me and all he says is “okay” angrily. Then he stormed off and sat in his van in my driveway for 10 minutes before leaving.

Timeless plumbing did a great job from start to finish they provided excellent service.

Yesterday, April 23, 2019, Kyle from Gene Johnson replaced new faucets in my bathroom and did a wonderful job. He was kind, efficient, informative and extremely neat. My bathroom was clean before he arrived, but I swear it was even in better shape when he left. Thank you so much for a job well-done. Diane Mayfield

Everyone we talked to was very nice and professional. The turnover time between having someone come check out the problem, getting an estimate and then having the work done was very quick. Also when it came time to have to work done the plumbers were prompt, friendly, worked quickly and made sure everything ran smoothly.I felt very well taken care of, thank you Chris and Danny.
