Home repair gone wrong was quickly fixed by Fox employee Max. In a very short period of time he replaced broken copper pipe installed new shutoff, tested and restored running water from under the house and under the kitchen sink. I had called multiple plumbers but none were available, based on good reviews I called Fox and was happy that they could come that day to my rental house and resolve the problem. Highly recommend this company and employee Max.

They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I had hired Leak Masters LLC to locate a leak at my home on my underground piping and they did it very it very well. The spot they gave me was exactly where the leak was at. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a leak on anything. they used infrared cameras, ground sensing equipment. And specialized computers to pin point a spot for us.. very HAPPY

Steve installed a tankless (on demand) gas water heater for us, relocated the gas piping, and installed new venting and a recirculating pump. Service was excellent, timely, and very professional at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

These guys are great! They are super communicative so you know where they are and when they will be there so you aren't sitting around waiting. The work they do is top notch. Definitely aren't there to get as much money out of you as possible...they want to do good work. I also love how good they are about cleaning up and being respectful of the house. I can't say enough good things! The only plumbers we will use.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
